Initiative for the Development of Soria (IDES, Spanish : Iniciativa por el Desarrollo de Soria) was a Sorian regionalist political party founded in 2002, mainly by ex-members of the provincial branch of the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE). The party merged with Citizens (C's) in 2015. [1]

Soria is one of the nine constituencies represented in the Cortes of Castile and León, the regional legislature of the Autonomous Community of Castile and León. The constituency currently elects five deputies. Its boundaries correspond to those of the Spanish province of Soria. The electoral system uses the D'Hondt method and a closed-list proportional representation, with a minimum threshold of three percent.
