Innerstate Music is a mixtape by the American hip hop group Nappy Roots, released July 31, 2007. Their first as independent artists, Innerstate is an Internet mixtape/album which had been intended to precede The Humdinger until that album experienced several delays. "Good Day" is played in the 2016 film The Secret Life of Pets during the scene where a bunch of pets are partying in Buddy's apartment.

Terrence LeVarr Thornton, better known by his stage name Pusha T, is an American rapper and record executive. Acid Rap is the second mixtape by American rapper Chance the Rapper. It was released on April 30, 2013, as a free digital download. In July 2013, the album debuted at number 63 on the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums, due to bootleg downloads on iTunes and Amazon not affiliated with the artist. The mixtape has been certified "diamond" on mixtape site Datpiff, for garnering over 1,000,000 downloads. It was rereleased on streaming services on June 21, 2019, alongside his 2012 mixtape 10 Day.

Wale (rapper) American rapper (born 1984)

Olubowale Victor Akintimehin, better known by his stage name Wale, is an American rapper. He first gained recognition in 2006, when his song "Dig Dug " became popular in his hometown, leading Wale to became locally recognized as he continued recording music for the regional audience. Wale met English DJ-producer Mark Ronson in 2006 and joined his label, Allido Records in 2007. While signed to that label, Wale released several mixtapes and appeared in national media including MTV and various Black American-focused magazines. A song called "Ridin' in That Black Joint" was featured in the popular video game Saints Row 2's soundtrack in 2008.

The Humdinger is the third studio album by American hip hop quintet Nappy Roots from Kentucky. It was released on August 5, 2008 under Nappy Roots Entertainment Group record label's partnership with Fontana Distribution. Recording sessions took place at Treesound Studios in Atlanta and at the Kitchen Studios. Production was handled by Sol Messiah, James "Groove" Chambers, 3 Kingz, Big Al, Count Justice, Joe Hop, Kevin Freeman, N.A., Vision and Willy Will. The album features guest appearances from Slick & Rose, Anthony Hamilton, Greg Nice, James "Groove" Chambers and Tracy Hill.

Bobby Ray Simmons Jr., known professionally as B.o.B, is an American rapper and record producer from Decatur, Georgia. In 2006, B.o.B was signed to Jim Jonsin's Rebel Rock Entertainment imprint.
