Isaac Mandla Simelane (born 8 November 1967) is a Swazi long-distance runner. He competed in the men's marathon at the 1996 Summer Olympics. [1]
Clement Isaac "Ike" Quartey is a former Ghanaian boxer and Ghana's first Olympic medalist. He won the silver medal in the men's Light Welterweight (63.5 kg) category at the 1960 Summer Olympics in Rome, Italy.
Isaac Gálvez López was a Spanish track and road racing cyclist who rode for Caisse d'Epargne-Illes Balears in the UCI ProTour. He died during the 66th Six Days of Ghent cycling event in Belgium after colliding with Dimitri De Fauw and crashing against the railing. He died from internal bleeding. At the time of the accident, he had only been married for three weeks. After this, De Fauw suffered from depression and he committed suicide on 6 November 2009.
Isaac "Ike" Berger was an American weightlifter, in the featherweight division, who competed for the United States at the 1956, 1960 and 1964 Olympics and won one gold and two silver medals. He held eight world records, and won the United States national title eight times. In the highest level international competition, he was world featherweight champion in 1958 and 1961, and was the runner-up for that title in 1957, 1959, and 1963.

Cameroon sent only one representative, cross-country skier Isaac Menyoli. He finished the sprint in 65th place and the 2 × 10 kilometre pursuit in 80th position.

In 2019, he won the 50 km race at the Pan American Race Walking Cup. In 2019, he competed in the men's 50 kilometres walk at the 2019 World Athletics Championships held in Doha, Qatar. He did not finish his race.
Isaac dos Santos Moraes was an Olympic freestyle swimmer from Brazil, who participated at two Summer Olympics for his native country. At the 1932 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, he swam the 4×200-metre freestyle, finishing 7th in the final, along with Manoel Lourenço, Manoel Villar and Benevenuto Nunes. At the 1936 Summer Olympics in Berlin, he swam the 100-metre and 4×200-metre freestyle, not reaching the finals.
