Isidro del Prado (born May 15, 1959) is a two-time Filipino Olympian. He holds the 400m Philippine records in athletics. He once held the 200m record which was broken in 2007 by Ralph Waldy Soguilon, a 100m and 200m Sprinter.

Del Prado is one of the two prominent athletes that was attributed to have been produced by the Gintong Alay sports program with the other athlete being Lydia de Vega. He won medals the 400m event at the 1982 and 1984 Asian Championships, as well as the 1981, 1983, 1987, and 1989 Southeast Asian Games. He along with Honesto Larce, Leopoldo Arnillo and Romeo Gido, also competed for the country in the 4x400 relay event at the Southeast Asian Games. [1]

In 2009, he became a coach for the Bruneian national athletics team and helped Ak Hafiy Tajuddin Rositi break his own record at the men's 400 meters event at the 2012 Summer Olympics. [1]

Elma Muros-Posadas also known as the "Long Jump Queen" of the Philippines and a heptathlon champion, is a former member of the Philippine Track and Field National Team and now a legend in Philippine track and field history who specialized in long jump. She also competed in the heptathlon, 100m and 400m hurdles, 100m, 200m, and 400m sprint alongside the "Sprint Queen" of the Philippines and also fellow legend, Lydia de Vega. Elma is one of the foremost track and field athletes produced by the Philippines under the Marcos regime's National Sports Program, Gintong Alay, that was launched in 1979, but was eventually disbanded in 1986 after the ousting of Ferdinand Marcos and replaced by the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) in 1990.

Omar Monterola is a Paralympian athlete from Venezuela competing in category T37 sprinting events. Monterola qualified for the 2012 Summer Paralympics in the 100m, 200m and 400m sprints. He qualified for the finals of all three, winning the bronze medal in the 200m event.

Ahmad Almutairi is a Kuwaiti para-sport athlete who competes as a T33 classification track and field athlete and as a wheelchair basketball player, both at national level. Despite the fact that Almutairi held the Paralympic world record for his classification in the 100m, 200m, 400m and 800m events, major world titles eluded him due to the fact that his classification was under-represented and he was forced to compete against less severely disabled athletes in the T44 class. He eventually won a gold medal at the 2016 Summer Paralympics.

Christopher O'Donnell is an Irish track and field athlete competing in sprinting events. He was part of the Irish Mixed 4x400m team who won a gold medal at the 2024 European Athletics Championships. He represented Ireland at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games in the Mixed 4 × 400 m relay, where he was part of the first ever Irish team to run in an Olympic final, and competed in the same event at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. He was also part of the team who reached the final of the 2022 and 2023 World Championships. He is the current Irish U20 record holder in the 400m, his personal best of 45.26 seconds sits joint-2nd on the Irish all-time list and he is a 5-time National 400m champion.

Roger Tapia is a Filipino para-athlete who competed in the 2012 Summer Paralympics in London.
