Iskra Dimitrova (born 1965) is a multimedia artist in the Republic of Macedonia. [1]

She was born in Skopje and received a BA in Philosophy and a BFA in sculpture from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University of Skopje. [2] [1]

She has presented her work at solo exhibitions and installations in Skopje, Vrsac in Yugoslavia, Zagreb in Croatia, Rochdale in England, Tokyo, Yokohama and Madison, South Dakota. Her work has been included in the Venice Biennial (1999) and at international exhibitions in Maribor, Selestat, Thessalonica, Larisa and Providence, Rhode Island. [1]

Museum of the Republic of North Macedonia is a national institution in North Macedonia and one of the oldest museums in the country. It is located in the Old Bazaar in Skopje, near the Skopje Fortress. The Museum of the Republic of North Macedonia was created by joining three museum in one. The three museum that were unified were the archaeological, historical and ethnological museum, of which the archaeological museum was the oldest one; it was opened in 1924 and that date is considered as an establishing date of the national museum. During the existence of the Socialist Republic of Macedonia, the museum was known as People's Museum of Macedonia.

Jelena Patrnogić was a Serbian artist and costume designer. She was born in Skopje, Macedonia, and worked as an artist and costume designer in Macedonia, Serbia, Czech Republic and Slovakia, as well as collaborating with Croatian and Italian production companies. She held solo exhibitions, group exhibitions, and worked on dramas, operas, ballets, TV, films and fashion shows. She had won multiple awards, both individually and as a group. She died on 9 March 2010 in Kragujevac, Serbia.
