The Israel women's national rugby sevens team represents Israel in rugby sevens. They compete in the Rugby Europe Women's Sevens regularly. Israel won the 2021 Rugby Europe Women's Sevens Conference in Belgrade. [1] [2]
The Israeli women's national sevens team was formed in 2005 and have competed in the Rugby Europe Women's Sevens ever since. [3] In their first tournament the national team finished in a respectable 9th place (bowl winners), with wins over Malta and Austria. In the 2006 championship, Israel won the 5th place (plate winners) with wins over Bosnia, Luxembourg, Hungary and Malta. The 2007 tournament featured a fresh team with many young players. After winning against Luxembourg, Latvia, and Hungary, they lost in the plate final to Denmark. 2008 was a highlight year for them, they played in the qualifying tournament in Bosnia and finished 3rd, losing only to Romania (eventual tournament champion) and Finland (2nd place). The team recorded wins over Croatia, Georgia, Serbia, Austria and a thrilling 3rd place win over Bulgaria (7–5). They qualified for the European championship (which doubled as a world cup qualifier) and managed to score one win there, a last gasp win over the Czech Republic.

The Luxembourg national rugby union team is a minor team, and is ranked as a third tier nation. They are currently competing in the 2024-2025 Rugby Europe Trophy. Since 1996 Luxembourg also competes in the sevens circuits in Europe Luxembourg national rugby sevens team.
The Croatia national rugby union team is governed by the Croatian Rugby Union. Croatia have been playing internationals rugby since 1992, they have yet to qualify for the Rugby World Cup. The national side is ranked 46th in the world
The Malta national rugby union team are governed by the Malta Rugby Football Union (MRFU). Although Malta has yet to qualify for the Rugby World Cup, the island state has made remarkable progression since its first international in 2000.
The Lithuania national rugby union team represents Lithuania in men's international rugby union competitions. Nicknamed The Knights (Vytis), is considered one of the relatively stronger tier 3 teams in European rugby and currently compete in the second division of the Rugby Europe International Championships in the Rugby Europe Trophy, a competition which is just below the Rugby Europe Championship where the top 6 countries in Europe compete. They are yet to participate in any Rugby World Cup and play in black with a pattern involving the colours red, yellow and green.
The Cyprus national rugby union team is nicknamed ‘’The Mighty Mouflons’’ after a kind of horned sheep which is also the republic's national animal. They have won 28 of their 30 games and hold the world record for the most consecutive international rugby union wins with 24, which was ended on 15 November 2014 as they lost to Latvia. They were controversially disqualified from the knock-out phase of the 2015 Rugby World Cup Qualifiers, as they did not meet the necessary membership criteria according to the International Rugby Board.
The Netherlands women's national rugby sevens team participated in the IRB Women's Sevens Challenge Cup in Hong Kong losing to Spain in the Plate semi-finals, they finished 8th overall. In October 2012, the Netherlands was announced by the International Rugby Board as one of six "core teams" that will compete in all four rounds of the inaugural IRB Women's Sevens World Series in 2012–13. The team finished seventh in the standings. It was later decided that the quarter-finalists at the 2013 Rugby World Cup Sevens would make up the eight core teams for the next series later that year.
France women's national rugby sevens team represents France in the Rugby Europe Women's Sevens, World Rugby Sevens Series, Rugby World Cup Sevens and the Summer Olympic Games. They are currently the 2023 European Champions; they were also champions in 2007 and 2015. France has competed in the Summer Olympics since its debut at the 2016 Rio Olympics and were silver medalists at the 2020 Games.
The Moldova women's national rugby sevens team represents Moldova in women's rugby sevens. They won the FIRA–AER Women's Sevens - Division A in 2010. In 2019 they won the Rugby Europe Women's Sevens Conference and, were promoted to the Trophy division and qualified for the Europe Women's Sevens Olympic Qualifying Tournament in Russia.
2014 Rugby Europe Women's Sevens Division B is a lowest division European Championships, that will be held in Vingis Park Rugby Stadium, Vilnius, Lithuania.
The Belgium women's national rugby sevens team are a national sporting side of Belgium, representing them at Rugby sevens.
Qualifying for the 2019 Rugby World Cup for European Rugby began in September 2016, where 5 teams are competing for one direct qualification spot into the final tournament, and a further 26 teams competing, alongside the initial 5 teams, for a place in the Europe/Oceania play-off and or repechage.
The Malta women's national rugby sevens team represents Malta in rugby sevens. They currently compete in the Rugby Europe Women's Sevens Conference, which is in the lower division. In 2016, Malta was promoted to the Trophy division for 2017 as runners-up in the Rugby Europe Women's Sevens Conference. They were relegated to the Conference division for 2018 after registering only one win by default against Moldova in 2017. At the 2018 Rugby Europe Women's Sevens Conference they placed seventh overall. Malta also placed seventh in 2019 again.
The Austria women's national rugby sevens team competes in the Rugby Europe Women's Sevens Conference. They placed second at the 2017 Rugby Europe Women's Sevens Conference and were promoted, along with Norway to the 2018 Rugby Europe Women's Sevens Trophy. They placed 11th overall and were relegated to the Women's Sevens Conference for 2019.
The 2013 FIRA-AER Women's Sevens – Division B was the third level of international women's rugby sevens competitions organised by FIRA-AER during 2013. It featured one tournament hosted in Bratislava. The winners and runners up, Finland and Norway respectively, were promoted to the 2014 Division A.

The 2021 Rugby Europe Women's Sevens Conference was held in Belgrade from 4 to 6 June 2021, the tournament was a multi-pool phase competition. It was played in three phases, with the final ranking after pool phase 3. Israel won the tournament and Monaco made their international debut.
The 2023 Rugby Europe Women's Sevens Conference was held in Belgrade from 9 to 10 June 2023. The tournament consisted of two pool phases in the group stage with three pools of three and a knockout stage that was played for placement.
The 2008 FIRA-AER Women's Sevens – Division A was a European pre-qualifying tournament for the inaugural 2009 Women's Rugby World Cup Sevens. Division B was cancelled for the year 2008 and every team was promoted to Division A. The competition was divided into two groups, Group A was played in Belgium and Group B took place in Bosnia-Herzegovina. The top three teams in Groups A and B advance to the final round of qualification in Limoges, France.
