The Israeli Basketball Premier League Most Improved Player, or Israeli Basketball Super League Most Improved Player, is an award given to the Most Improved Player of each season of the Israeli Basketball Premier League, which is the top-tier level men's professional basketball league in Israel.
Maccabi Tel Aviv Basketball Club, known for sponsorship reasons as Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv, is a professional basketball club based in Tel Aviv, Israel. The team plays in the Israeli Basketball Premier League, and internationally in the EuroLeague. Maccabi Tel Aviv is known as one of the best teams in Europe, having won 6 Euroleague titles since joining, and having sent numerous players to the NBA draft.
In some sports, a Most Improved Player award is given to players who have improved the most over the year.
Ligat HaAl, or the Israeli Basketball Premier League, is the top-tier level league of professional competition in Israeli club basketball, making it Israel's primary basketball competition. The league's name is abbreviated as either BSL or ISBL. For sponsorship reasons, the league is also referred to as Ligat Winner Sal, lit. Winner Basket League, with "Winner" being the name of a game operated by the league's primary sponsor, Toto Winner.

The team competes in the Israeli Basketball Premier League, the top tier of Israeli basketball, and internationally in the Balkan League. Kevin Dornell Magee, was an American basketball player who played most of his professional career for Maccabi Tel Aviv. He played at the power forward and center positions. Magee played college basketball for the UCI Irvine Anteaters, earning All-American honors in both seasons. In 1993–94, he led the Israel Basketball Premier League in rebounds.
Doron Jamchi, also spelled Jamchy, is an Israeli former professional basketball player. At a height of 1.98 metres, he played at the shooting guard and small forward positions. During his pro club career, Jamchi was a four-time FIBA European Selection, in the years 1987, 1990, 1991, and 1995. He was also a four-time Israeli Premier League Top Scorer, in the years 1982, 1984, 1985, and 1999. Widely considered to have been one of the best shooters in the history of European basketball, Jamchi is the all-time leading scorer in the history of the Israeli Premier League.
Uri Kokia is an Israeli professional basketball coach and a former professional basketball player. He is the current head coach for Ironi Ramat Gan of the Liga Artzit. Kokia played as a center/power forward position and was a member of the Israel national basketball team. He was named the Israeli Basketball Super League Most Improved Player in 2009. In November 2017, Kokia publicly came out as gay.
Itay Segev is an Israeli professional basketball player for Ironi Ness Ziona of the Israeli Basketball Premier League. He was named the Israeli League Most Improved Player in 2016.
Idan Zalmanson is an Israeli basketball player for Hapoel Tel Aviv of the Israeli Basketball Premier League. He was named the Israeli Basketball Super League Most Improved Player in 2017.

Rafael "Rafi" Menco is an Israeli professional basketball player for Maccabi Tel Aviv of the Israeli Basketball Premier League and the EuroLeague. He was named the Israeli Basketball Premier League Most Improved Player in 2017, and an Israeli Basketball Premier League All-Star in 2019.
