The Israeli Basketball Premier League Defensive Player of the Year, or Israeli Basketball Super League Defensive Player of the Year, is an award given to the best defensive player of each season of the Israeli Basketball Premier League, which is the top-tier level men's professional basketball league in Israel.
Lansing Community College is a public community college with its main campus in Lansing, Michigan. Founded in 1957, the college's main campus is located on an urban, 42-acre (0.17 km2) site in downtown Lansing spanning seven city blocks approximately two blocks from the state capitol. Terence Darea Morris is an American former professional basketball player. He was twice the Israeli Basketball Premier League Defensive Player of the Year, in 2007 and 2008. He was an All-EuroLeague First Team selection in 2008.

Doron Perkins is a former American professional basketball player and currently an assistant coach for the Cleveland Charge of the NBA G League. Standing at 1.91 m he can play as either a point guard or a shooting guard. He was the 2009 Israeli Basketball Premier League MVP, and the 2010 and 2011 Israeli Basketball Premier League Defensive Player of the Year.
Anthony Joseph Gaffney, Jr. is an American former professional basketball player who most recently played for Ironi Nahariya of the Israeli Premier League. He played college basketball at the University of Massachusetts. During the 2008–09 season, he received numerous honors from the Atlantic 10 Conference including Defensive Player of the Year, All-Defensive Team, and Second Team all conference.

Jehyve Floyd is an American professional basketball player for Bnei Herzliya Basket of the Israeli Basketball Premier League. Floyd played college basketball for the Holy Cross Crusaders, with whom he was named Patriot League Defensive Player of the Year in both 2018 and 2019; in both years he led the league in blocked shots, as well as in shooting percentage from the field. He led the Greek Basket League in blocks in 2020, and the Israeli Basketball Premier League in blocks in 2021.
Joshua Okechukwu Nebo is an American-born naturalized Slovenian professional basketball player for Maccabi Tel Aviv of the Israel Winner League and the EuroLeague. He played college basketball for the Saint Francis Red Flash and the Texas A&M Aggies. In 2020-21 he led the Israel Basketball Premier League in rebounds per game.
Erez Katz is an Israeli former basketball player. He played the point guard position. He played for Hapoel Jerusalem, Ironi Ashkelon, Hapoel Tel Aviv, Bnei Herzliya, and the Israel men's national basketball team. He was the 2004-05 Israeli Basketball Premier League Defensive Player of the Year.
Bryan Cohen is an American-Israeli former basketball player. He played the shooting guard position. He won a gold medal with Team USA in the 2009 Maccabiah Games. He played college basketball for the Bucknell Bison, and was the Patriot League Defensive Player of Year in 2010, 2011, and 2012—the only player in league history to win the award three times. He played from 2012–14 for Maccabi Haifa in the Israeli Basketball Premier League.
