Ivory is the fourth studio album by L.A.-based, New Zealand alternative rock singer Gin Wigmore, named after her son. [2] The album was released on 6 April 2018 [8] by Island Records Australia peaking at number 11 in New Zealand. [9] Ivory explores a heavier alternative rock sound along with a heavy blue-eyed soul vibe and doo-wop inspired ballads counting on a funky, groovy production. [1] The lyrics of the album provide commentary on feminism, empowerment, and a return to roots. [2]

Moa's civil partner, Azaria Universe, was her biggest influence when writing the album. Gravel & Wine is the second album from New Zealand pop singer Gin Wigmore, released in New Zealand on 7 November 2011. The album was recorded in Santa Monica, California during the second quarter of 2011 under producer Butch Walker and counting with his backing band, The Black Widows. Before production begun, Wigmore travelled for two months in Mississippi and Alabama to get a Southern United States inspiration.

Blood to Bone is the third album from New Zealand alternative rock singer Gin Wigmore. Recorded during a two-week period in California, the album has a different sound from its predecessors, relying mostly on electronic beats, and introspective lyrics where Wigmore reflected in her life choices since predecessor Gravel & Wine, such as breaking an engagement to a long-time lover and moving from Australia to Los Angeles. Upon its release on 24 June 2015, Blood to Bone received positive reviews and was Wigmore's third straight chart-topper at the Official New Zealand Music Chart. It also debuted at No. 13 at the ARIA Charts, her biggest Australian performance.

Benee New Zealand singer
