Stepanek is also known as the voice of Roger in Father of the Pride and played Tom Harper on the Nickelodeon series Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn from 2014 to 2018. Since 2016, he has voiced Lynn Loud Sr. on the Nickelodeon animated series The Loud House, and has since portrayed the character in the 2022 live-action spinoff series The Really Loud House.

The Loud House is an American animated television series created by Chris Savino that premiered on Nickelodeon on May 2, 2016. The series revolves around the chaotic everyday life of a boy named Lincoln Loud, who is the middle child and only son in a large family of 11 children. It is set in a fictional town in southeastern Michigan called Royal Woods, based on Savino's hometown of Royal Oak. The series was pitched to the network in 2013 as a two-minute short film entered in the annual Animated Shorts Program. It entered production the following year. The series is based on Savino's own childhood growing up in a large family, and its animation is largely influenced by newspaper comic strips.

Directed by Miguel Puga from a story by Tony Gama-Lobo, Rebecca May, Rosemary Contreras and Lalo Alcaraz, the film features the regular voice cast of the series reprise their roles as the Casagrande family, with the addition of Paulina Chávez, Angélica Aragón, Kate del Castillo, Cristo Fernández, and Sergio Aragonés. Following the events of The Casagrandes, the film revolves around Ronnie Anne, who having just turned twelve-years-old, sets out to prove to her family that she is old enough to do her own things, only to face off against an ancient preteen demigoddess during a family trip to Mexico.
