Jaime Lyn Beatty is an American actress and singer.
Beatty was born and raised in New York City. [1] She graduated from the LaGuardia High School for Performing Arts, after which she attended University of Michigan. [1] She graduated from the university in 2010 with a degree from The School of Music, Theatre & Dance. [2] [1]
Beatty first gained attention in 2009, after performing as Ginny Weasley in A Very Potter Musical , the first show produced by Starkid Productions. The company comprised students and alumni from the University of Michigan. [2] Beatty would continue to appear in Starkid's shows for the next decade, and was a part of their 2011 tour, SPACE, [3] and their 2012 tour, Apocalyptour. [4] In 2015, The Trail to Oregon! , in which Beatty played Daughter, had an off-Broadway run. [5] In 2018, she won the BroadwayWorld Los Angeles Local Featured Actress in a Musical award for her roles in The Guy Who Didn't Like Musicals . [6]
In 2013, Beatty released her debut EP, Dolphin Safe Tunes. [1] In 2020, Beatty appeared in the Starry concept album in the role of Émile Bernard. [7] [8]
In August 2023, Beatty performed at 54 Below in "Musicalized!", a concert based on a TikTok series by Joshua Turchin. [9] The next month, Beatty returned to 54 Below as part of the annual Write Out Loud concert, which highlights pieces created by emerging artists. [10] [11]

Ryan Molloy is a British actor, singer and songwriter. He has been successful in stage and musical theatre at West End and Broadway, appearing in a number of hit musicals, like Taboo, Jerry Springer: The Opera, Tonight's the Night, Godspell and six years in Jersey Boys playing as Frankie Valli made him the longest-running star in a West End musical. The Guy Who Didn't Like Musicals is a horror comedy musical with music and lyrics by Jeff Blim and a book by Matt and Nick Lang. The show is the first installment in StarKid's Hatchetfield series. Loosely inspired by 1956 horror film Invasion of the Body Snatchers, it is the 11th stage show produced by StarKid Productions. The show follows Paul, an average guy who “doesn’t like musicals,” as the citizens of his town are gradually overcome by an alien hive mind that makes them sing and dance as if they are in a musical.
Ranked is a musical written by David Taylor Gomes and Kyle Holmes (book), known as "Holmes & Gomes". The musical focuses on a dystopian world where academic competition defines each student's worth, and students do whatever it takes to get to the top of the leaderboards, including paying for their grades. Holmes & Gomes started writing in the spring of 2018, and Ranked debuted on April 4, 2019 at Granite Bay High School just weeks after the 2019 college admissions bribery scandal broke, launching the show into a national spotlight.
