Jakarta Mori Tower (formerly tentatively known as the Jakarta Office Tower Project, or Jakarta MPP) is a skyscraper in Jakarta, Indonesia. [2] It is located in the center of the Golden Triangle of Jakarta, next to Semanggi Interchange.

The project is Mori Building’s first undertaking in Southeast Asia and its first major overseas undertaking since the Shanghai World Financial Center that opened in 2008. The 59-story building with four basement floors will have a total floor area of 190,000 square metres (2,000,000 sq ft), with office space along with restaurants and cafes. The tower is 266 m (873 ft) tall and the estimated cost is $500 million. [3] It was completed in 2022. [4]

If completed, it will stand 558 metres (1,831 ft) tall up to the antenna and would be the tallest freestanding tower in the Southern Hemisphere. In Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, work was initially started in 1997, but was halted by the Asian economic crisis. As of 2015, the project is still on hold.

Peruri 88 is an under construction skyscraper at Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta, Indonesia. The skyscraper is 389 meters (1,276 ft) high at the tip and will have 88 floors above, 6 floors below the ground. It is a mixed use development which was expected to be completed by 2020. The skyscraper will house hotel, offices, and residential apartments. 7Point8 is a skyscraper on-hold at Sudirman Avenue, Jakarta, Indonesia. The building is 298 meters tall and will have 60 floors above the ground and 5 floors below the ground. It is part of a complex of two towers, which will be linked by a multistory podium that will provide two tall exterior "walls" for the central plaza. In addition to two linked towers, the complex replicates an alun-alun, a traditional Javanese town center characterized by a walled, open-air courtyard.

Trinity Tower is a skyscraper situated at the intersection of H.R. Rasuna Said Road and Jl. Prof. Dr. Satrio Road in Jakarta, Indonesia. The building was known as the Daswin building during its construction period. It was developed by PT Windas Development, which consists of Japan-based real estate giant Mitsubishi Estate, Indonesian manufacturing company and property developer Gesit Group and diversified conglomerate Santini Group. The project was the first opportunity for Mitsubishi Estate to develop an office building in Indonesia.

Menara Jakarta is an under construction mixed development complex at Kemayoran, Jakarta, Indonesia. Located in front of JIEXPO, it consists of six towers, 1 Conho, 1 Condo Tower, 1 Office Tower, and 3 Suite Tower. The complex will also have a mall. The complex is constructed on the site of postponed Jakarta Tower.
