The 1904 Summer Olympics were an international multi-sport event held in St. Louis, Missouri, United States, from 29 August to 3 September 1904, as part of an extended sports program lasting from 1 July to 23 November 1904, located at what is now known as Francis Field on the campus of Washington University in St. Louis. This was the first time that the Olympic Games were held outside Europe.
Karam Ibrahim Gaber is an Egyptian Greco-Roman wrestler. He won the gold medal in the Men's Greco-Roman 96 kg at the 2004 Summer Olympics, and won the silver medal at the 2003 World Championships. The oldest competitor was equestrian Zoltan Sztehlo who was 46 years old.

He is an Olympic gold medalist, seven-time World Champion, seven-time European Champion, and the only wrestler to hold 10 medals from the World Wrestling Championships.
Søren Marinus Jensen was a Danish sport wrestler who competed in the 1906 Intercalated Games and the 1908 and 1912 Summer Olympics. He won medals at each Game; however, the gold medals he won at the 1906 Games are no longer considered to be Olympic medals. He remains Denmark's most successful wrestler at the Olympics. In addition, he was World Champion in 1905 and won multiple European championship silver medals.
Albania first participated at the Summer Olympic Games in 1972. They missed the next four games, three of them for political reasons due to the 1980 Summer Olympics boycott, 1984 Summer Olympics boycott and 1988 boycotts, but returned for the Barcelona 1992 Summer Olympics. They have appeared in all games since then. They made their Winter Olympic Games debut in 2006. Albania normally competes in events that include swimming, athletics, weightlifting, shooting, and wrestling. The country has not yet won any Olympic medal. Along with Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Malta and Monaco, Albania is one of five current European participants that have never won an Olympic medal. They have been represented by the Albanian National Olympic Committee since 1972.
El Salvador first competed in the Olympic Games at the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico City, Mexico. Mohamed Abdelfattah, commonly known by his nickname "Bogy", is an Egyptian Olympic Greco-Roman wrestler who competed in 76 kg, 84 kg, and 96 kg weight class. He is a 2006 world champion, 3 time World Medalist, and 3 time Olympian. After retiring as a player, Bogy became coach of Sweden National Team, and in his first season 2009 he successfully guided Jimmy Lidberg to win a silver medal and Jalmar Sjöberg to win a bronze medal in the 2009 world championship in Denmark.
