"Janet Megamix 04" is a megamix produced by DJ Chris Cox, released on December 11, 2003 to promote Jackson's upcoming February 2004 Super Bowl halftime show.
The Chris Cox-produced megamix contains thirteen of Jackson's past singles, and was released prior to the lead single from 2004's Damita Jo, "Just a Little While". During the production of the remix, Cox's studio in California was ravaged by a wildfire, and the DJ had to evacuate it midway through the project. [2] The single entered the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart at number thirty-four and charted for eleven weeks, peaking at number three in early March 2004. [3]
The full megamix includes (in order of appearance) That's the Way Love Goes", "Son of a Gun (I Betcha Think This Song Is About You)", "If", "Got 'til It's Gone", "Doesn't Really Matter", "Go Deep", "You Want This", "All for You", "I Get Lonely", "Someone to Call My Lover", "Throb", "Again", and "Together Again".
The single was released in several international territories but was not eligible for mainstream charts as it was not released commercially. The only version available on a commercial format is the Chris Cox Radio Edit which appears as a B-side to the UK CD single of "Just a Little While".
A music video for "Janet Megamix 04" was produced using the radio edit version of the track and consists of a montage of footage from Jackson's other videos used in the single. The video has never been released commercially, but can be found on YouTube.

"Son of a Gun (I Betcha Think This Song Is About You)" is a song by American singer-songwriter Janet Jackson with Carly Simon from Jackson's seventh studio album, All for You (2001). It was written and produced by Jackson, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, with additional lyrics by Simon. The R&B and hip hop song is built around a sample of 1972's "You're So Vain" by Simon, who also added some new spoken parts into the song; it talks about an unidentified man who attempted to extort money from Jackson. A remix featuring Missy Elliott was released as the third and final single from the album on November 6, 2001, by Virgin Records.

Prior to that, he was on the radio with New York City's WKTU 103.5FM, WHTZ 100.3FM, on Portland's KKRZ 100.3FM and KKHH "Hot 95.7 FM" in Houston.
Al B. Rich is the remix and production team of American record producers Albert Castillo and Rich "DJ Riddler" Pangilinan. Castillo, a musician who holds a Latin Grammy, also was a member of the production team, Cibola, in the late 1990s. Pangilinan, a musician had also worked for years as a DJ and producer and is credited for his work on the gold record status "Jock Jam Megamix" on Tommy Boy Records.
