Jason Ball (born 21 November 1972) is a former Australian rules football player with the West Coast Eagles and Sydney Swans in the Australian Football League (AFL). [1]
The ruckman made his AFL debut for West Coast in 1992, and went on to play 103 games for them, scoring 114 goals, being part of the 1994 premiership side and winning the 1995 leading goal-kicker award. He was traded to Sydney after the 1999 season [1] and went on to play 90 games for them. During the 2005 finals series, he announced he would retire at the end of the season. Sydney then reached the grand final, and Ball ended his career on a high note, winning his second premiership, against his former club.

The West Coast Eagles are a professional Australian rules football club based in Perth, Western Australia. The club was founded in 1986 and first competed in 1987 as one of two expansion teams in the Australian Football League (AFL), then known as the Victorian Football League. The club plays its home games at Optus Stadium and has its headquarters at Lathlain Park. The West Australian Football Commission wholly owns the West Coast Eagles and the Fremantle Football Club, the AFL's other Western Australian team.
The 2005 AFL Grand Final was an Australian rules football game contested between the Sydney Swans and West Coast Eagles at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on 24 September 2005. It was the 109th annual grand final of the Australian Football League, staged to determine the premiers for the 2005 AFL season. The match, attended by 91,828 spectators, was won by Sydney by a margin of four points. It was the club's fourth VFL/AFL premiership, and its first since 1933, breaking a league-record 72-year premiership drought.

Dean Michael Cox is a former Australian rules footballer and current assistant coach of the Sydney Swans who played for the West Coast Eagles in the Australian Football League (AFL). Originally from Dampier, Western Australia, he debuted with East Perth in the West Australian Football League (WAFL) in 2000. Cox was recruited to West Coast with the 28th pick in the 2000 Rookie Draft and went on to win the Simpson medal as the best player in the 2000 WAFL grand final before being upgraded to the senior West Coast list. He made his AFL debut during the 2001 season, and played in West Coast's 2006 premiership side. A ruckman, Cox was named in the All-Australian team six times, including four seasons consecutively from 2005 to 2008, and was considered the outstanding player in his position throughout much of his career. He won West Coast's best and fairest award in 2008, and finished in the top three on four other occasions. Cox retired at the end of the 2014 season, finishing his career with 290 games, a club record, and 169 goals.

A forward, standing at 197 cm Mooney is renowned for his passion along with his poor tribunal history where he holds the record for the most suspensions in a single season by a VFL/AFL player.
Samuel Butler is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played for the West Coast Eagles in the Australian Football League (AFL). A talented underage soccer player from Gawler, South Australia, who only took up football as a teenager, he was drafted by West Coast with the 20th pick at the 2003 National Draft, having played in a SANFL reserves premiership for Central District the year he was drafted. Butler debuted for West Coast during the 2004 season, and was nominated for the AFL Rising Star award. A mid-sized defender and occasional midfielder, he played in West Coast's 2006 premiership team, but missed the entire next season due to injury. Butler has struggled with injury throughout his career, only playing his 100th game during the 2013 season, ten seasons after his debut.
Adam Hunter is an Australian rules footballer who played for the West Coast Eagles in the Australian Football League (AFL). Hunter was born in Bunbury, Western Australia, and played with the South Bunbury Football Club in the West Australian Football League (WAFL) before being recruited to West Coast with the 29th pick overall in the 1999 National draft. Playing mainly in defence, though occasionally at centre half-forward, Hunter played a total of 151 games for the club between 2000 and 2009, including the 2006 premiership win.
Jesse Jackson White is a professional Australian rules footballer who plays for SANFL club North Adelaide Football Club and formerly for the Sydney Swans and Collingwood Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). He was drafted by Sydney Swans with pick 79 in the 2006 national draft.
Kieren Jack is a former Australian rules footballer who played for the Sydney Swans in the Australian Football League (AFL). He was the co-captain of the Sydney Swans, alongside Jarrad McVeigh from 2013 to 2016.
Ryan Edwin Turnbull is a former Australian rules footballer who represented the West Coast Eagles in the Australian Football League (AFL). Turnbull was a member of the Eagles' 1994 premiership side, and was the club's first-choice ruckman for much of the 1990s. He also played with the Claremont and East Perth Football Clubs in the West Australian Football League (WAFL), and was awarded the Sandover Medal in 2001 as the best player in the competition, as well as winning the Simpson Medal in 2001 and 2002 as the best player in the league's grand final. In State of Origin football, Turnbull represented Western Australia in five matches between 1992 and 1999, and captained a Western Australian representative team in 2003.
