Jeanne Marie Maloney is an American diplomat and she was United States Ambassador to Eswatini.
Maloney earned a Bachelor of Arts from the College of William and Mary and an Master of Business Administration from the University of Tulsa. [2]
Maloney is a career member of the Senior Foreign Service,class of Minister-Counselor. She has served in various leadership positions at the State Department over the course of her career,including as Career Development Officer in the Bureau of Human Resources,Director of the Office of Terrorist Screening and Interdiction in the Bureau of Counterterrorism and Countering Violent Extremism,and Deputy Political-Military Counselor at the United States Embassy in Baghdad. Maloney was also the Director of the Office of Fraud Prevention Programs in the Bureau of Consular Affairs. Previously,she was the Director of the Office of Security Affairs in the State Department's Bureau of African Affairs. She previously served as the Foreign Policy Advisor to United States Army Africa in Vicenza,Italy. [2]
On May 1,2020,President Trump announced his intent to nominate Maloney to be the next United States Ambassador to Eswatini. On May 19,2020,her nomination was sent to the Senate. [3] On November 18,2020,her nomination was confirmed in the United States Senate by voice vote. [4] She took the oath of office on December 9,2020. [5] She presented her credentials to King Mswati III on March 4,2021. [6] Maloney retired December 20,2022

Michael Arthur Raynor is an American Foreign Service Officer specializing in relations with Africa who has served as the United States ambassador to Senegal and the United States ambassador to Guinea-Bissau since 2022. He was the United States ambassador to Ethiopia until January 2021. He previously served as the Director of the Office of Career Development and Assignments in the Bureau of Human Resources of the United States Department of State. Raynor served as United States Ambassador to Benin from 2012 to 2015 after being nominated by President Barack Obama and confirmed by the U.S. Senate. Prior to his post in Benin,he was deputy executive director and then executive director of the Bureau of African Affairs.

Prior to assuming her role as ambassador,Fite served as Principal Officer at the U.S. Consulate General in Montreal,Canada. Since becoming a diplomat in 1990,Fite has served at seven U.S. overseas missions. On September 2,2017,President Donald Trump announced his intent to nominate Fite to serve as an ambassador of the United States to Angola. On September 5,2017,her nomination was sent to the Senate. Her nomination was reported favorably out of committee on October 26. She was confirmed by the United States Senate by voice vote on November 2,2017. She presented her credentials on February 14,2018. Her term as ambassador ended on November 8,2021. Fite's diplomatic assignments have included posts in Lahore as Consul General,in Kabul as Deputy Economic Counselor,and in Luanda as the Political/Economic Section Chief. She has also been on assignment with the Office of the United States Trade Representative.
