Jenna Netherton [3] (born Jenna J. Haggar on December 11,1985) is an American politician and a Republican member of the South Dakota House of Representatives representing District 5 since January 11,2013. [4] Netherton served consecutively from January 11,2011 until January 11,2013 in the District 15 seat. She is the daughter of Don Haggar,another former District 10 representative.
