Jeonju National Museum is a national museum located in Jeonju,Jeollabuk-do,South Korea. It opened on October 26,1990,as the ninth South Korean national museum.
The Main Building comprises three permanent exhibits,an Archeology room,a Fine Art room,a Folklore room,and one special exhibit room. [1]

The Geochang massacre was a massacre conducted by the third battalion of the 9th regiment of the 11th Division of the South Korean Army between 9 February 1951 and 11 February 1951 of 719 unarmed citizens in Geochang,South Gyeongsang district of South Korea. The victims included 385 children. The 11th Division also conducted the Sancheong-Hamyang massacre two days earlier. The general commanding the division was Choe Deok-sin.

Jeonju Hanok Village is a village in the city of Jeonju,South Korea,and overlaps with the Pungnam-dong and Gyo-dong neighborhoods. The village contains over 800 Korean traditional houses called 'Hanok'. The village is famous among Koreans and tourists because of its traditional buildings that strongly contrast with the modern city around it. The village was designated as an International Slow City in 2010 in recognition of its relaxed pace of life where traditional culture and nature blend harmoniously. The number of visitors to Jeonju Hanok Village has increased sharply since the 2000s. The visitor numbers more than doubled from 2007 to 2014,from 3.17 million to 7.89 million. Jeonju Indoor Ice Rink (전주실내빙상경기장),sometimes called Hwasan Indoor Ice Rink,is an indoor ice rink in Wansan-gu,Jeonju-si,Jeollabuk-do,South Korea. It was completed in 1996,originally for the 1997 Winter Universiade. At the Winter Universiade,it was the venue for the figure skating and short track speed skating events. It also hosted the Four Continents Figure Skating Championships in 2002 and 2010. It is the largest ice rink in Jeollabuk-do.
