Jeremy Adduono (born August 4, 1978) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey winger. He was drafted in the seventh round, 184th overall, by the Buffalo Sabres in the 1997 NHL Entry Draft from the Ontario Hockey League's Sudbury Wolves. [1]
Adduono performed well for the Sabres in a rookie camp in 1998, [2] and he debuted with Buffalo's American Hockey League affiliate, the Rochester Americans, in the 1999–2000 season. [1]
He played with the Americans for three seasons and spent one more AHL season with the Bridgeport Sound Tigers before moving to Europe to play in Germany's Deutsche Eishockey Liga with the Cologne Sharks. After three seasons with the Sharks and one with the Iserlohn Roosters, Adduono joined HC Pustertal Wölfe of Italy's Serie A in the 2007–08 season. In 2008, he moved to Ravensburg Towerstars based in Ravensburg, Germany, who play in the German 2. Bundesliga, where he played two seasons. [1]
Adduono was the head coach of the Thunder Bay North Stars in the Superior International Junior Hockey League, from 2015 to 2017. [3] He has since taken on an assistant coaching role with the Lakehead Thunderwolves university men's hockey team.

The Buffalo Sabres are a professional ice hockey team based in Buffalo, New York. The Sabres compete in the National Hockey League (NHL) as a member of the Atlantic Division in the Eastern Conference. The team was established in 1970, along with the Vancouver Canucks, when the league expanded to 14 teams. The Sabres have played their home games at KeyBank Center since 1996, having previously played at the Buffalo Memorial Auditorium since their inception. The Sabres are owned by Terry Pegula, who purchased the club in 2011 from Tom Golisano.
Artūrs Irbe is a Latvian professional ice hockey coach and former goaltender. Born during the Soviet era, Irbe played for various Soviet league teams and the Soviet Union national team before moving to North America in 1991. Irbe played in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the San Jose Sharks, Dallas Stars, Vancouver Canucks, and Carolina Hurricanes. In 2004 Irbe returned to Europe to play until he retired in 2007. He has served as a goaltending coach with Dinamo Riga, the Washington Capitals, and the Buffalo Sabres, as well as internationally with the Latvia men's national ice hockey team. He was inducted into the IIHF Hall of Fame in 2010. Irbe was rated number 93 on The Hockey News list of the Top 100 Goalies of All-Time in 2018.
Stuart Douglas Barnes is a Canadian former professional ice hockey forward. He played 16 seasons at centre in the NHL with the Winnipeg Jets, Florida Panthers, Pittsburgh Penguins, Buffalo Sabres, and Dallas Stars. He currently has an arena named after him in the city of Spruce Grove, where he was born. Barnes was an assistant coach with the Dallas Stars. As of 2021, he is the head coach and co-owner of the Tri-City Americans in the Western Hockey League.
Curtis Dean Brown is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player. He was drafted by the Buffalo Sabres in the second round of the 1994 NHL Entry Draft. Over his National Hockey League (NHL) career, he played for the Sabres, San Jose Sharks, and Chicago Blackhawks.
David A. Legwand is an American former professional ice hockey forward who played 16 seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL). He was the first player ever drafted by the Nashville Predators, with whom he spent 12 full seasons and set several franchise records. He finished the final three seasons of his career split between the Predators, Detroit Red Wings, Ottawa Senators and Buffalo Sabres.

Steven Bradley Ott is a Canadian former professional ice hockey centre and current assistant coach of the St. Louis Blues of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was selected in the first round, 25th overall, by the Dallas Stars in the 2000 NHL Entry Draft. Bradley J. Lukowich is a Canadian former professional ice hockey defenceman and former assistant coach of the Lethbridge Hurricanes of the Western Hockey League. He has won the Stanley Cup twice in his career, with the Dallas Stars in 1999 and Tampa Bay Lightning in 2004. He was on the roster of the Stars when they won the cup in 1998–99, but did not play enough games to get his name on the Cup. He is currently coaching hockey.

Zemgus Girgensons is a Latvian professional ice hockey forward for the Tampa Bay Lightning of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was selected in the first round, 14th overall, in the 2012 NHL Entry Draft by the Buffalo Sabres. With this selection, Girgensons became the highest-drafted Latvian in NHL history, 16 spots higher than previous highest selection, Sandis Ozoliņš, in 1991. In the previous year, Girgensons was selected in the second round, 28th overall, in the 2011 KHL Junior Draft by CSKA Moscow. Girgensons was voted to the NHL All-Star Game in 2015.
