"Jerigonza" is a song by Puerto Rican actress, beauty queen, model and singer Dayanara Torres, from her debut studio album, Antifaz (1998). The song was written by Torres, along with Maria de Lourdes and Eduardo Reyes and released as the third and final single off the album. It features a rap performed by Puerto Rican reggaeton recording artist Ivy Queen. [1] [2]

The song was the most commercially successful of the three singles. It reached number seventeen on the Billboard Latin Songs chart, number six on the Billboard Tropical Songs chart and number five on the Billboard Latin Pop Songs chart in 1998.

The move in musical composition from reggaetón and hip hop is credited to Queen's evolution as a musical artist.

The album featured collaborations with Puerto Rican rapper Voltio and Puerto Rican duo R.K.M & Ken-Y, among others. The tracks on the album were composed by Queen and various other songwriters, including: Victor Delgado, Hiram Cruz and Francisco Saldaña. The album was produced by Luny Tunes, Noriega, Predikador, and DJ Nelson among others. The album features a variety of musical styles prominent on her previous albums Sentimiento (2007) and Drama Queen (2010).

"Cuéntale" (English: Tell Her) is a song by Puerto Rican recording artist Ivy Queen, from her fifth studio album Flashback (2005). It was composed by Queen, produced by Rafi Mercenario and released as the lead single off the album via radio airplay in September 2005. It marked Ivy Queen's first single in almost a year since "Angel Caido" being released in 2004. It is a reggaeton track that features influences from reggae. In June 2005, Ivy Queen partnered with co-founder of Perfect Image Records, José Guadalupe to form Filtro Musik. Characterized as "hardcore reggaetón", the song lyrically tells a story of when a relationship ends. A remix with Ken-Y was also recorded and featured on the platinum edition of the album. The song's accompanying music video was filmed in Mexico beginning on July 3, 2007. It was directed by Ron Jaramillo. The song reached the top 15 of both the Latin Rhythm Airplay and Latin Tropical Airplay charts. <i>Dangerous</i> (Yandel album) 2015 studio album by Yandel

Dangerous is the third studio album by Puerto Rican reggaeton and pop artist Yandel, of the duo Wisin & Yandel, released worldwide on November 6, 2015 through Sony Music Latin. Contrary of his previous studio album, De Líder A Leyenda, Dangerous focuses mainly on reggaeton music, with some synthpop and electropop exceptions. It features reggaeton artists including Nicky Jam, Tego Calderón, Gadiel and De La Ghetto, as well as artists from other genres like Lil Jon, Pitbull, French Montana, Future, Shaggy and Alex Sensation. As of March 2016, the album includes only one single: "Encantadora", released on October, as well as a promotional electropop song titled "Somos Uno", released on September 18, 2015. It reached the top position on Billboard's Top Latin Albums chart, surpassing 5,000 copies sold as of November 12, 2015. The album also reached the 10th position on Billboard's Best Latin Albums of 2015 ranking, being one of the two reggaeton albums that were chosen by the magazine's editors, the other one being The Last Don 2 by Don Omar, who reached the 9th position. Dangerous received a latin platinum certification in October 2016 by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) for surpassing 60,000 copies sold in the United States. Its lead single, "Encantadora", was certified with 2× Platinum in Spain by the PROMUSICAE and later with 5× Platinum (Latin) by the RIAA. Dangerous won a Latin American Music Award for Album of the Year on October 6, 2016 and received a nomination for a Lo Nuestro Award for Urban Album of the Year.

Rafy Mercenario is a Puerto Rican reggaeton producer. He has produced hits for several artists including Daddy Yankee, Don Omar and Ivy Queen. He has released compilation albums, including a collaboration with fellow producer DJ Nelson, The Kings of the Remix (2006), which debuted at number fourteen on the Billboard Latin Rhythm Albums chart.

The Noise were a Puerto Rican collective of DJs, rappers, and producers who performed at a club, by the same name in San Juan, Puerto Rico. It included many of Puerto Rican performers, some of whom would later find solo success, including Vico C, Baby Rasta & Gringo, Baby Ranks, DJ David, DJ Negro, DJ Nelson, Don Chezina, Ivy Queen, Las Guanabanas, Point Breakers, Trebol Clan, Tony Touch.

"Casi Te Envidio" is a song by Puerto Rican salsa recording artist Andy Montañez, from his eleventh studio album, El Eterno Enamorado (1988). It was composed by Maestro Moncada, produced by Paco Cepero, and released as the lead single from the album on 16 July 1988.
