The Jingjinji Champions Cup (Chinese :京津冀冠军杯) is a Chinese regional association football competition held since 2016. The tournament is originated by three clubs from Jingjinji area including Beijing Guoan (Jing), Tianjin Teda (Jin) and Hebei China Fortune (Ji), and hosted by the three clubs alternately. [1] Henan Jianye was invited to the first edition of the tournament. [2]

Jingjinji Metropolitan region in Hebei, Peoples Republic of China

The Jingjinji Metropolitan Region or Jing-Jin-Ji (JJJ), also known as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei (BJ-TJ-HE), is the national capital region of the People's Republic of China. It is the biggest urbanized megalopolis region in Northern China. It includes an economic region surrounding the municipalities of Beijing and Tianjin, along the coast of the Bohai Sea. This emerging region is rising as a northern metropolitan region rivaling the Pearl River Delta in the south and the Yangtze River Delta in the east. In 2016 Jingjinji had total population of 112 million people and was as populated as Guangdong.

The Chinese Football Association Member Association Champions League, or CMCL, former known as Chinese Football Association Bing League (中国足球协会丙级联赛) and Chinese Football Association Amateur League (中国足球协会业余联赛) (2006–2017), is the fourth-tier football league of the People's Republic of China. The 2017 Gree China Cup International Football Championship was the inaugural edition of the China Cup, an official international football tournament. It was held from 10 to 15 January 2017 in Nanning, Guangxi, China.

2019 Chinese FA Super Cup was the 17th Chinese FA Super Cup, an annual football match contested by the winners of the previous season's Chinese Super League and FA Cup competitions. The match was played between Shanghai SIPG, champions of the 2018 Chinese Super League, and Beijing Sinobo Guoan, the winner of the 2018 Chinese FA Cup. Policy of foreign players and U-23 domestic players was executed in the tournament. At most three foreign players could play in the match while at least one domestic player who is under the age of 23 must be in the starting eleven and at least three U-23 players must play in this match.
