Jody Michelle Adams-Birch (born December 28, 1972) [1] is the women's basketball program head coach at New Mexico State University.

Career

Adams-Birch was the former women's basketball program head coach at Wichita State University from 2008 to 2017. [2] [3] She was also assistant coach at Southern Illinois from 2018–2022.

Personal life

She married Roy Birch in June 2016.

The Wichita State Shockers are the athletic teams that represent Wichita State University, located in Wichita, Kansas, in intercollegiate sports as a member of the NCAA Division I ranks, primarily competing in the American Athletic Conference since the 2017–18 academic year. Joseph Allen Curl was an American women's basketball coach at the University of Houston. He coached at Houston for twelve years, during which time he compiled a 193–167 record. In 2001 and 2002, the Cougars made back-to-back WNIT appearances, and in 2004 and 2005, back-to-back NCAA appearances.

Linda Hargrove is a retired basketball coach. Hargrove began coaching the women's basketball team at Cowley College from 1972 to 1989 before coaching the Wichita State Shockers women's basketball team from 1989 to 1998. As a college basketball coach, Hargrove had 429 wins and 248 losses between the 1970s and 1990s. In 1998, Hargrove went to the American Basketball League to coach the Colorado Xplosion for a year until the league closed. From 2000 to 2002, Hargrove had 37 wins and 59 losses as the head coach and general manager of the Portland Fire.

Jody Wynn is an American women's basketball coach. She was head coach at the University of Washington from 2017 to 2021 and at Long Beach State from 2009 to 2017.
