Henry Oryem Okello is a Ugandan lawyer and politician. He is the current State Minister for Foreign Affairs. He was appointed to that position in 2004. In the cabinet reshuffles of 1 June 2006, that of 16 February 2009, and that of 27 May 2011, he retained his cabinet post. He has previously served as State Minister for Sports, from 2001 until 2005. He also serves as the elected Member of Parliament for "Chua County", Kitgum District, until 2021.

Earlier, he was the minister of disaster relief and planning in the Ugandan cabinet, from 1 June 2006 until 27 May 2011. In the cabinet reshuffle of 27 May 2011, he was dropped from the cabinet and was replaced by Stephen Mallinga. He was also the elected member of parliament representing Igara County West, Bushenyi District, from 1996 until 2011.
Kiddu Makubuya is a Ugandan lawyer, politician, and academic. He is the former minister for general duties in the office of the prime minister. He was appointed to that position on 27 May 2011, replacing Janat Mukwaya who retired from elective politics. Before that, from 2005 until 2011, he served as Uganda's Attorney general. He resigned from cabinet on 16 February 2012 amid allegations of misappropriation of government funds. He is also the former member of parliament, representing Katikamu County South, Luweero District.
Bright Kanyontore Rwamirama is a Ugandan politician and retired army officer. He is the minister for animal industry in the Ugandan cabinet. He was appointed to that position on 1 June 2006. In the cabinet reshuffle of 16 February 2009, that of 27 May 2011, and that of 1 March 2015, he retained his cabinet post. He also serves as the elected Member of Parliament representing "Isingiro County North", Isingiro District. He has served in that capacity continuously since 2001. and he beat Posiono Mugyenyi in 2021 general election.
Peter Aimat Lokeris is a Ugandan politician and accountant. He is the current Minister of State for Minerals in the Cabinet of Uganda. He was appointed to this position on 16 February 2009. In the cabinet reshuffle of 27 May 2011, and that of 1 March 2015, Peter Lokeris retained his cabinet post. He is also the elected Member of Parliament representing Chekwii County in Nakapiripirit District. He has continuously represented that constituency since 1996.
Ephraim Kamuntu is a Ugandan management scientist and politician. He is the Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs in the Cabinet of Uganda. He was appointed to that position on 14 December 2019. Previously he served as Minister of Water and Environment from August 2012 to June 2016. He is also an ex-officio Member of the Parliament of Uganda because of his Cabinet position.
Michael Werikhe Kafabusa, commonly known as Werikhe Kafabusa, is a Ugandan politician who currently serves as State Minister for Trade in the Cabinet of Uganda. He previously served as the State Minister for Housing from June 2006 until May 2011. In the Cabinet reshuffle of 27 May 2011, he was dropped from the cabinet, before returning as State Minister for Industry. Jenipher Kacha Namuyangu, also Jennifer Namuyangu Byakatonda, but commonly referred to as Jennifer Namuyangu, is a Ugandan politician and environmentalist. She belongs to the National Resistance Movement political party. She is the Minister of State for Local Government in the Ugandan Cabinet. She was appointed to that position on 6 June 2016. She previously served as the Minister of State for Water Resources, from 1 June 2006 until 27 May 2011. In the Cabinet reshuffle on 27 May 2011, she was dropped from the cabinet and was replaced by Betty Bigombe. She also served as the elected Member of Parliament for Pallisa District Women's Representative, from 2001 until 2011. In 2010, Pallisa District was split into two, to create Kibuku District. Namuyangu contested for the parliamentary seat of Kibuku County, Kibuku District. She lost to Saleh Kamba by a wide margin.
John Byabagambi is a Ugandan engineer and politician. He was the Cabinet Minister for Karamoja Affairs, in the Cabinet of Uganda. He was appointed to that position on 6 June 2016, and was replaced by Mary Goretti Kitutu on 8 June 2021. He previously served as Minister of Works and Transport between March 2015 and June 2016, replacing Abraham Byandala who was appointed Minister Without Portfolio. He is also the elected Member of Parliament, representing Ibanda County South, Ibanda District. He was first elected to that position in 2001.
Vincent Makumbi Nyanzi is a Ugandan educator and politician. He is the current State Minister in the Office of the Vice President in the Uganda's Cabinet. He was appointed to this position on 27 May 2011. He replaced James Baba, who was appointed State Minister for Internal Affairs. Prior to that, from 16 February 2009 until 27 May 2011, he served as State Minister for Economic Planning in the Office of the President. He is also the elected Member of Parliament representing "Busujju County", Mityana District.
Henry Muganwa Kajura, commonly known as Henry Kajura, is a Ugandan administrator and politician. Until 2016 he served as the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Public Service in the Cabinet of Uganda.
David Wandendeya Wakikona is a Ugandan aviator and politician, who previously served in the Cabinet of Uganda as State Minister for Northern Uganda and State Minister of Trade & Antiquities. He was also the elected Member of Parliament representing Manjiya County in Bududa District from 2001 until 2016.
Tress Bucyanayandi is a Ugandan agriculturalist and politician. He was the Minister for Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries in the Ugandan Cabinet. He was appointed to that position on 27 May 2011. He replaced Hope Mwesigye, who was dropped from the Cabinet, and was replaced on 6 June 2016. He is also the elected Member of Parliament (MP) for Bufumbira County South parliamentary constituency, Kisoro District, in the Ugandan Parliament.
Abraham James Byandala is a Ugandan engineer and politician. He is the former Minister for Works and Transportation in the Ugandan Cabinet. He was appointed to that position on 27 May 2011. He replaced John Nasasira, who was appointed Government Chief Whip. Byandala also serves as the elected Member of Parliament for Katikamu County North, in Luweero District.
John Chrysestom Muyingo is a Ugandan educator and politician. He is the State Minister for Higher Education in the Ugandan Cabinet. He was appointed to that position on 6 June 2016. He previously served as the State Minister for Primary Education from 1 March 2015 until 5 June 2016. Before that, from 27 May 2011 until 1 March 2015, he served as the State Minister for Higher Education, having replaced Mwesigwa Rukutana in May 2011. Muyingo was also the elected Member of Parliament for Bamunanika County, Luweero District. In the 2021 general elections he lost the seat to his former campaign manager and personal assistant, Robert Ssekitoleko who run on the National Unity Platform party ticket.

The ministry is also mandated to manage public works including government structures and promote standards in the construction industry. The ministry is headed by a Cabinet Minister. The current Minister of Works and Transport is Katumba Wamala.
Molly Nawe Kamukama, commonly known as Molly Kamukama, is a Ugandan politician and management professional, who served as the State Minister for Economic Monitoring in the Office of the President, in the Cabinet of Uganda from 14 December 2019 to June 2021 when she was replaced by Peter Ogwang.
