Jonathan Ondreal Mingo (born April 20, 2001) is an American professional football wide receiver for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Ole Miss.
Mingo grew up in Brandon, Mississippi, and attended Brandon High School. [1] Mingo was rated a four-star recruit and committed to play college football at Ole Miss over offers from Georgia, Auburn, and Mississippi State. [2]
Mingo started all 12 of Ole Miss's games as a freshman and finished the season with 12 receptions for 172 yards and one touchdown. [3] He caught 27 passes for 379 yards and three touchdowns during his sophomore season. [4] Mingo missed seven games due to a foot injury in his junior season and finished the year with 22 receptions for 346 yards with three touchdowns. [5] [6] In 2022, Mingo started all 13 games, tying for the team lead with five receiving touchdowns (51-861-16.9). He set a Ole Miss record for most receiving yards in a game with 247 against Vanderbilt. [7] [8]

Mingo was selected by the Carolina Panthers in the second round with the 39th overall pick in the 2023 NFL draft. [11] He entered the season as a starting wide receiver alongside veteran Adam Thielen. He finished his rookie season with 43 catches for 418 yards and no touchdowns through 15 games and 14 starts. [12]
On November 5, 2024, Mingo and a 2025 7th round draft pick were traded to the Cowboys in exchange for a 2025 fourth round pick. [13]

The 2008 Ole Miss Rebels football team represented the University of Mississippi during the 2008 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The team's head coach was Houston Nutt, who served his first season in the position and replaced Ed Orgeron, who was fired after accumulating a 10–25 record at Ole Miss from 2005 to 2007. The Rebels played their seven home games in 2008 at Vaught–Hemingway Stadium in Oxford, Mississippi.
Brandon Josiah LaFell is an American former professional football player who was a wide receiver in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the LSU Tigers. He was selected by the Carolina Panthers in the third round of the 2010 NFL draft, and has also played for the New England Patriots where he was a member of the Super Bowl XLIX winning team.
Laquon Malik Treadwell is an American professional football wide receiver for the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Ole Miss Rebels from 2013 to 2015, earning second-team All-American honors in 2015. He left as the school's all-time leader in receptions with 202 during the course of three seasons. Treadwell was selected by the Minnesota Vikings in the first round of the 2016 NFL draft.
