Jorge de Souza (born 17 April 1945) is a Brazilian volleyball player. He competed in the men's tournament at the 1968 Summer Olympics. [1]

began his volleyball career in Brazil during a period in which the sport was gaining significant popularity in the country.

He competed in the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico City, representing the Brazilian men’s national volleyball team during one of its earliest Olympic appearances. He took part in both preliminary and final-round matches [2] .

Continuing his international career, won a bronze medal with the Brazilian national team at the 1971 Pan American Games, marking one of the most notable achievements of his playing years [3] .
