Josu Ortuondo Larrea (born 13 February 1948 in Bilbao) is a Spanish politician and Member of the European Parliament with the Basque Nationalist Party, Member of the Bureau of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe and sits on the European Parliament's Committee on Transport and Tourism.
He is a substitute for the Committee on Fisheries and the Committee on Industry, Research and Energy. He is also a member of the Delegation for relations with the countries of Central America.

Athletic Club, commonly known as Athletic Bilbao or just Athletic, is a professional football club based in the city of Bilbao in the Basque Country in Spain. They are known as Los Leones because their stadium was built near a church called San Mamés. Mammes was an early Christian thrown to the lions by the Romans.
