"Joy" is a song by American R&B group Blackstreet, released in March 1995, by Interscope Records, as the fifth single from the group's self-titled debut studio album (1994). Written by Michael Jackson, it was originally intended for his eighth studio album, Dangerous , and features uncredited backing vocals by Jackson. ^[1] The song was also produced by Jackson and peaked at number 43 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart. ^[2]
