Anthony Clarke (judoka) Australian Olympic judoka

Anthony "Tony"Laurence Clarke,, is the only Australian Paralympic judoka gold medallist. He represented Australia at five Summer Paralympic Games and medalled at the 1993 Australian National Judo Championships competing against sighted opponents.

Jason Newth Morris is a retired American judoka. He was a four-time Olympian and 2008 Olympic Coach, is best known for winning the silver medal in the -78kg weight category in the 1992 Summer Olympics and a Bronze Medal in the 1993 World Judo Championships. He is a Hachidan his favorite techniques are Uchi Mata, Tai Otoshi, and his "Sticker or Sticky Foot".

Theodorus ("Theo") Johannes Meijer is a retired judoka from the Netherlands, who represented his native country at two consecutive Summer Olympics. He won the bronze medal in the men's half-heavyweight division in Barcelona, Spain (1992), alongside Dmitri Sergeyev who represented the Unified Team.

Albania first participated at the Summer Olympic Games in 1972. They missed the next four games, three of them for political reasons due to the 1980 Summer Olympics boycott, 1984 Summer Olympics boycott and 1988 boycotts, but returned for the Barcelona 1992 Summer Olympics. They have appeared in all games since then. They made their Winter Olympic Games debut in 2006. Aurélio Fernández Miguel is a Brazilian judoka and Olympic champion, and later politician. Among his best sporting achievements are his gold medal at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, and a bronze medal at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta.
