Judy Klauser (born c. 1940) is a retired American gymnast. She won a team gold medal at the 1959 Pan American Games, [3] and the individual all-round title at the AAU junior championships in 1961. [1]

Pan American Games Multi-sport event of the Americas

The Pan American Games is a continental multi-sport event in the Americas featuring summer sports, in which thousands of athletes participate in a variety of competitions. The competition is held among athletes from nations of the Americas, every four years in the year before the Summer Olympic Games. The only Winter Pan American Games were held in 1990. In 2021, there will be a Junior Pan American Games for young athletes. The Pan American Sports Organization (PASO) is the governing body of the Pan American Games movement, whose structure and actions are defined by the Olympic Charter.

At the 2000 Summer Olympics, three different gymnastics disciplines were contested: artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, and trampoline. The artistic gymnastics and trampoline events were held at the Sydney SuperDome on 16–25 September and 22–23 September, respectively. The rhythmic gymnastics events were held at Pavilion 3 of the Sydney Olympic Park on 28 September – 1 October.

Daniele Hypólito Brazilian gymnast

Daniele Matias Hypólito is a Brazilian gymnast who competed in the 2000, 2004, 2008, 2012 and 2016 Olympic Games. Hypólito was the first athlete from Brazil to ever win a medal at the World Championships, a silver on floor exercise in 2001. She is also the nine-time senior all-around Brazilian National Champion in artistic gymnastics, 2002 South American Games all-around champion and 2003 Pan American Games all-around bronze medalist. To date Hypólito has won the Brazilian National Championships more than ten times; has represented Brazil at the World Championships thirteen times, competing in every Worlds meet from 1999 to 2015, except in 2009; has taken part in every edition of the Olympic Games from 2000 to 2016; and has competed at five Pan American Games between 1999 and 2015.

Linda Metheny American artistic gymnast

Linda Joan Metheny-Mulvihill is a retired American artistic gymnast. She won seven gold, three silver and one bronze medal at the Pan American Games in 1967 and 1971, and served as the flag bearer for the American team in 1971. She competed at the 1964, 1968 and 1972 Olympics with the best individual result of fourth place on the balance beam in 1968. Domestically she won at least 18 individual national titles. In 1985 she was inducted into the U.S. Gymnastic Hall of Fame.

Doris Gudrun Fuchs is a retired American gymnast who won four gold medals at the 1963 Pan American Games.

Marie Susan "Sue" Walther is a retired American artistic gymnast. She won two gold and two bronze medals at the Pan American Games in 1963 and 1967. She competed at the 1964 Summer Olympics with the best individual result of 29th place in the floor exercise. Her sister Jackie was also a competitive gymnast.

Kimberly Chace American artistic gymnast

Kimberly Ann Chace is an American retired artistic gymnast, who competed at the 1972 and 1976 Summer Olympics and placed 14th all around in 1972; her teams finished fourth in 1972 and sixth in 1976. She also won five medals at the 1971 Pan American Games, including two gold medals. In 1996 chace was inducted into the USA Gymnastics Hall of Fame.

Joyce Eileen Tanac is an American gymnast. She competed in six events at the 1968 Summer Olympics with the best individual result of 27th place on uneven bars and balance beam.

Morgan White is an American former gymnast. She was 1998 US Junior National Champion, 1999 Pan American Games All-Around Champion, 1999 World Championships Team, and a 2000 Olympic Games Team USA Member.
