Julian Paynter is a retired male long-distance runner, who represented Australia at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia. There he was eliminated in the semi-finals of the men's 5,000 metres competition. He set his personal best (13:24.22) in the men's 5,000 metres on 19 November 1995 in Melbourne, Australia. Julian's second oldest child also has much potential in his athletic ability. After his athletics career he started participating in top level cycling races in Australia, like the historic Melbourne to Warrnambool Classic.

Julian Justus is a German sports shooter. He competed in the Men's 10 metre air rifle event at the 2012 Summer Olympics and the 2016 Olympics.

Julian Jrummi Walsh is a Jamaican-born Japanese track and field athlete competing in the sprints. He is the son of reggae drummer Emanuel Walsh, who married a Japanese woman and has lived in Japan for almost 20 years. Walsh moved to Japan as a toddler and grew up in Higashimurayama. He started running track in 10th grade, but his school had no facilities to practice on and no coach. He couldn't take track seriously until the following year. After two seasons, he led off the Japanese silver medal winning relay team at the 2014 World Junior Championships in Athletics. That same summer he moved into senior level competition, anchoring the Asian-Pacific 4x400 metres relay team at the 2014 IAAF Continental Cup. Two years later, he qualified for the 2016 Olympics in the 400 metres, by running a 45.35 at the Japanese Olympic Trials in Nagoya at age 19.

Julian Anthony Robertson is a former English badminton player. He competed for Great Britain at the 1996 and 2000 Summer Olympics. Robertson was a former British champion and bronze medallists at the 1998 Commonwealth Games in the men's doubles and team event. He also won the men's doubles bronze at the 1998 European Championships, and helped the team win the silver medal. He has also been involved in another 6 European championship medal winning teams. The former world No. 8 has been working as a Great Britain coach since 2004 and is one of the most decorated home grown coaches England has ever produced achieving Olympic World Commonwealth and European success with his athletes. He is based in Milton Keynes.
