"Shake Señora" is a song by American rapper and singer Pitbull from his sixth studio album Planet Pit (2011). "Shake Senora" heavily samples "Jump in the Line ", composed in 1946 by Lord Kitchener and popularized in 1961 by Harry Belafonte. It was released as a digital single in July 2011 and subsequently peaked at number 69 on the Billboard Hot 100. A remix of the song featuring American rapper Ludacris was also released. The song was featured in the official trailer for Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation.

The 2012 MuchMusic Video Awards were held June 17, 2012 at MuchMusic's headquarters in Toronto, Canada. Katy Perry was the first performer announced. The award show was co-hosted by LMFAO.

He also contributed to the single "Run the World (Girls)" by Beyoncé, who initially did not include his credits on the track but was eventually forced to do so after Afrojack filed a case against her. His debut album, Forget the World, was released on 16 May 2014.

"You're Mine (Eternal)" is a song by American singer and songwriter Mariah Carey included on her fourteenth studio album, Me. I Am Mariah... The Elusive Chanteuse (2014). It premiered on February 12, 2014, as the third single from the album. It was written and produced by Carey with Rodney Jerkins. An R&B song, the lyrics revolve around the singer reminiscing about a past lover. Critical response to the song was positive: Carey's breathy vocal style and use of the whistle register at the climax earned praise from critics. It also drew several comparisons to one of Carey's previous singles, "We Belong Together" (2005).
