Marlon Cortez Velasquez Jr. [1] (Born July 5, 1994), known online as Junnie Boy, is a Filipino Youtuber. He is known for his vlogs and as a member of Team Payaman, a group of content creators in the Philippines. [2] He is the younger brother of Cong TV.
Junnie Boy was born on July 5, 1994, to Marlon Velasquez Sr. and Jovel Cortez Velasquez. He has three siblings: Lincoln Velasquez, known as Cong TV; Patricia Velasquez-Gaspar; and Venice Velasquez. [3] [4] Both Lincoln and Patricia are also well-known Filipino YouTubers.
In 2020, he became engaged to co-vlogger Vien Iligan. [5] [6] They were married in 2022 and have two children. [7] [8]
Junnie Boy has been featured in Cong TV's vlogs since 2017. He created his own YouTube channel in the same year but began vlogging more consistently in 2018, eventually gaining a significant number of subscribers. He is a member of Team Payaman, a group founded by his brother, Cong TV, composed of vloggers, editors, and production staff. The group rose to prominence in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic.
