Justice League Odyssey is a 25-issue ongoing comic series published by DC Comics from September 25, 2018 to October 13, 2020. Written by Joshua Williamson with art by Stjepan Sejic, the series has a connection to the New Justice relaunch. [1]
Shortly after the end of Dark Nights: Metal and Justice League: No Justice, a mysterious new zone titled "The Ghost Sector" appeared in outer space. Within the Ghost Sector is a large number of alien planets that were held captive by the Coluan race. Being mysteriously led by Darkseid to the Ghost Sector, Cyborg, Starfire and Azrael begin their search using a stolen Brainiac Skull Ship. Also present in the Ghost Sector is Jessica Cruz, who is being assigned to patrol the area by the Green Lantern Corps.
After barely surviving a crash landing, the four suddenly encounter Darkseid, who tells them his twisted plan of using Cyborg, Starfire, and Azrael to gain control of the Multiverse. According to the prophecy, the alien worlds were long hidden away from the Multiverse because of the Old Gods they worshipped. [2]
The team eventually attempts an idea with Epoch. The Lord of Time. And Orion also appears at some point, rescuing the Green Lantern Jessica Cruz after she is killed by Darkseid. Initially, he is under the guise of Okkult until the ruse is discovered and he continues to appear as Orion.

The Justice League, or Justice League of America (JLA), is a group of superheroes appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. The team first appeared in The Brave and the Bold #28. Writer Gardner Fox conceived the team as a revival of the Justice Society of America, a similar team from DC Comics from the 1940s which had been pulled out of print due to a decline in sales. The Justice League is an all-star ensemble cast of established superhero characters from DC Comics' portfolio. Diegetically, these superheroes usually operate independently but occasionally assemble as a team to tackle especially formidable villains. This is in contrast to certain other superhero teams such as the X-Men, whose characters were created specifically to be part of the team, with the team being central to their identity. The cast of the Justice League usually features a few highly popular characters who have their own solo books, such as Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman, alongside several lesser-known characters who benefit from exposure.
Darkseid is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. Created by writer-artist Jack Kirby, the character first made a cameo appearance in Superman's Pal Jimmy Olsen #134, before being fully introduced in Forever People #1.

Justice League: War is a 2014 American animated superhero film featuring the DC Comics superhero team the Justice League, and an adaptation of the story Justice League: Origin by Geoff Johns and Jim Lee, the first story in DC's 2011 DC Universe relaunch. It was directed by Jay Oliva and scripted by Heath Corson. It is the 19th film of the DC Universe Animated Original Movies and the second film in the DC Animated Movie Universe. The film was released for downloading on January 21, 2014 and was released on Blu-ray and DVD formats on February 4. It had its world premiere at the Paley Center for Media on the same day. Warner Home Video re-released the film on a combo pack in August 2015, which includes a DVD and Blu-Ray copy, a digital copy, and the graphic novel it is based on. The film depicts an invasion of Earth by the alien and demon "New God", Darkseid, and the subsequent formation of the titular superhero team to counter it, which includes Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern, Cyborg and Shazam. A stand-alone sequel, Justice League: Throne of Atlantis, was released in January 2015. The film also begins a story-arc which is revisited in Reign of the Supermen and concludes in Justice League Dark: Apokolips War.
Jessica Cruz, one of the characters known as Green Lantern, is a superheroine appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. Created by Geoff Johns and Ethan Van Sciver, she is a member of the Green Lantern Corps and Justice League, as well as the first female human Green Lantern. Her first full appearance takes place in Justice League #31, which is also her first cover appearance. Cruz currently operates out of Portland, Oregon.

"Dark Crisis on Infinite Earths", originally "Dark Crisis", is a 2022 comic book storyline published by DC Comics, comprising an eponymous central 7 issue mini-series by writer Joshua Williamson and artist Daniel Sampere, and a number of tie-in books. The event received critical acclaim, with critics praising Williamson's writing, inclusion of characters, art, story, and action. The storyline takes place towards the end of Infinite Frontier, with the conclusion of the series leading into the Dawn of DC in 2023.
