Domenick “Donny” Anthony Lia is an American stock car racing driver. He won the 2007 and 2009 NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour championships. He also won the Race of Champions Modified Tour races in 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007. He has raced on the national level in the ARCA Re/Max Series, Camping World Truck Series, and the Nationwide Series.
The NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour (NWMT) is a modified stock car racing series owned and operated by NASCAR in the Modified Division. The Modified Division is NASCAR's oldest division, and is the only open-wheeled division that NASCAR sanctions. NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour events are mainly held in the northeastern United States, but the 2007 and 2008 tours expanded to the Midwest with the addition of a race in Mansfield, Ohio. The tour races primarily on short oval paved tracks, but the NWMT also has made appearances at larger ovals and road courses.
Riverhead Raceway is a quarter-mile oval race track with a Figure 8 course, located in Riverhead, New York. It is the only auto racing venue on Long Island since Westhampton Raceway closed down in 2003. It started being built in 1949 and opened as a dirt track in 1951, before permanently changing to asphalt in 1955. The raceway was also well known for featuring a towering statue of a Native American, dubbed "Chief Running Fair", at its entrance until it was destroyed in 2012 due to Hurricane Sandy but rebuilt by Christmas and still standing at its original location.
Robert Santos III is an American professional racing driver from Franklin, Massachusetts. He graduated in 2004 from Tri-County Regional Vocational Technical High School. Santos, nicknamed "Bobby New England", is the grandson of Bobby Santos, a former modified racer. His sister, Erica Santos, is also a racecar driver. He is the cousin of former University of New Hampshire quarterback Ricky Santos.
Theodore Christopher was an American professional racing driver and business owner who raced and won in many different types of race cars, including Modifieds, SK Modifieds, ISMA, Camping World East Series, Late Models, Pro Stocks, and Midgets. He also raced in NASCAR's now named Monster Energy Cup Series, Xfinity Series, and Camping World Truck Series. He is best known for competing in NASCAR's Whelen Modified Tour, where he has over 40 victories and a championship in 2008. He was also well known for his success on the 1.058 mile New Hampshire Motor Speedway where Christopher has won five Camping World East Series events and 5 Whelen Modified Tour events.
Justin Bonsignore is an American racing driver who competes full-time in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour, driving the No. 51 car for Kenneth Massa Motorsports. He also competes part-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, driving the No. 19 Toyota Supra for Joe Gibbs Racing, and part-time in the ARCA Menards Series, driving the No. 30 Ford Mustang for Rette Jones Racing.
The 2015 NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour was the thirty-first season of the Whelen Modified Tour (WMT). It began with the Icebreaker 150 at Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park on April 12 and concluded at the same venue with the Sunoco World Series 150 on October 18.

The 2023 NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour was the thirty-ninth season of the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour, a stock car racing tour sanctioned by NASCAR. It began with the New Smyrna Beach Visitors Bureau 200 at New Smyrna Speedway on February 11 and ended with the Virginia is for Racing Lovers 200 at Martinsville Speedway on October 26.

Shawn Solomito is an American professional stock car racing driver who competed in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour from 2011 to 2018. He is the older brother of fellow driver Timmy Solomito, who currently competes part-time in the Modified Tour.
Timmy Catalano is an American professional stock car racing driver who competed in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour from 2019 to 2021. He is the younger brother of Tommy Catalano and the older brother of Trevor Catalano and Tyler Catalano, who all currently compete full-time in the Modified Tour.
Brian Robie is an American professional stock car racing driver who competes part-time in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour, driving the No. 25 for Scott Spaulding.
Stephen Kopcik is an American professional stock car racing driver who competes part-time in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour, driving the No. 21 for Tommy Wanick. Kopcik was the 2015 SK Light Modified champion at Stafford Motor Speedway, where he also has numerous SK Modified wins.
Matthew Kimball is an American professional stock car racing driver who competes part-time in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour, driving the No. 43 for William Kimball Jr.
John Beatty Jr. is an American professional stock car racing driver who has competed part-time in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour since 2013. He was the 2023 champion in the modified division at his home track of Riverhead Raceway.
Dave Brigati is an American professional stock car racing driver who has previously competed in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour and the now defunct NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour.
