Józef Gładysz (born 22 August 1952) is a Polish football manager and former player. He spent his entire playing career with Lechia Gdańsk.
During his career, Gładysz played for Lechia Gdańsk, making his senior debut in a 1–0 over Calisia Kalisz in 1970. [2] In total, Gładysz played a total of 231 games in all competitions, and scored 9 goals. [3] He retired from playing in 1982, and joined the Lechia coaching staff. He was part of the coaching staff when Lechia won both the Polish Cup and the Polish Super Cup in 1983. He has held many different coaching roles for Lechia, and in 1996, he became the manager of Lechia Gdańsk. [4] His only role away from Lechia was when he was manager of Warmia Olsztyn for four months in 1998. [5] After his time at Warmia, Gładysz returned to Lechia and since has mostly worked with the Lechia II team and academy. [6]
The Akademia Lechia Gdańsk is Lechia Gdańsk's academy section of the football club. Lechia Gdańsk II also serve as the team's official 2nd team. The Lechia Gdańsk II team is also sometimes referred to as Lechia II Gdańsk and as LG2.

Józef Walczak was a Polish football player and manager. He mainly played for ŁKS Łódź during his playing career, made two international appearances for Poland between 1954 and 1956, and went on to manage eight different teams.

During his playing career Słaboszowski played for Mieszko Piast Cieszyn, Cracovia, Legia Warsaw, Lublinianka, and Warszawianka. Słaboszowski was the first Polish manager to manage in both Libya and the United Arab Emirates, managing both Al Jazeera Zuwara and Al Ahli Dubai, the latter with whom he won the 1975–76 United Arab Emirates league.

The majority of his playing career was spent at teams in the Pomeranian region, with the exception of GKS Bełchatów and Stomil Olsztyn.
