First constructed was only Kachehri Chowk Flyover. During the project of Inner Ring Road Multan, [1] this flyover was lengthened to cover Chungi No 7 and Chungi No 8 and an extra ramp for Gulgasht Colony was constructed, It is a four lane-flyover with partitions.

Chowk Kumharanwala Level II Flyover also called Jinnah Chowk Flyover is located in Multan city of Pakistan, at an intersection itself called as Chowk Kumharanwala, Jinnah Chowk or Qadaffi Chowk. Yousuf Raza Gillani Flyover is located in Multan city of Pakistan. It is longest flyover in Punjab province and 2nd largest flyover in Pakistan on its completion. After the completion of Gujranwala flyover it will become second largest flyover in Punjab. Ground breaking of this flyover was done by former prime minister of Pakistan Yousuf Raza Gillani on the new year ceremony on Saturday, 31 December 2011. It was built at a cost of around Rs.1.6 billion rupees. It is the part of Inner Ring Road Multan project It is a four lane flyover with partitions. Two one ways of two lanes each. Length of the flyover is 1.6 km. There are three extra ramps connecting to the main flyover.

It is located in Multan on Muzaffar Garh Road where N70 meets with Sher Shah Road. Two railway tracks also join here. A flyover passing over the one main railway track was constructed on N70. The Sher Shah road passes beneath the flyover and joins the N70, while another slip from Sher Shah Road joins the N70 after crossing the second railway track. Main road N70 crosses the second railway track with a second flyover.

Inner Ring Road Multan is a project of improvement of roads of Multan city. Abbreviated as IRRM, it has an estimated cost is 4 billion rupees. Former prime minister of Pakistan Syed Yousuf Raza Gillani, who belong to Multan gave this project. The federal Government is the major stakeholder.

Rasheedabad Flyover is located at Chowk Rasheedabad in Multan, city of Pakistan. It was planned as a one way flyover as part of Inner Ring Road Multan project. But then plan was changed and it is constructed as two way four lane flyover. Client of this project was Multan Development Authority MDA.

Chungi No 9 Flyover is located at Chowk of Chungi Number 9 in Multan, city of Pakistan. It was planned as part of Inner Ring Road Multan project. Client of this project was Multan Development Authority MDA.
