Karśnice [karɕˈnit͡sɛ] (German : Karschnitz) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Śmigiel, within Kościan County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. [1] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) north of Śmigiel, 11 km (7 mi) west of Kościan, and 49 km (30 mi) south-west of the regional capital Poznań.
