Karl Graf (born 19 March 1953) is a Swiss rower. He competed in the men's coxed four event at the 1980 Summer Olympics. [1]

The National Olympic Committee (NOC) of the Saarland was founded in the spring of 1950 in the Saar Protectorate, which existed from 1947 to 1956, a region of Western Germany that was occupied in 1945 by France.
