KarmaStar is a 2009 mobile video game from Arkane Studios.
The game was first teased in September 2008 during Harvey Smith's (the game's developer) 2008 Austin GDC GameCareerGuide session. [1] The title was officially announced in March 2009 with Majesco Entertainment being the game's publisher. [2] [3] It was released on March 25, 2009. [4]

IGN gave the game a score of 8 out of 10, stating:"KarmaStar is a fun, fresh strategy game that reminded me of a card game without cards. There is a great deal of depth here within the three difficulty levels of your AI-controlled opponents" [6]

Arkane Studios SASU is a French video game developer based in Lyon. It was founded in 1999, and released its first game, Arx Fatalis, in 2002. Besides the Lyon studio, Arkane Lyon, Arkane Studios operates Arkane Studios LLC in Austin, Texas, since July 2006. The studio is most known for creating the Dishonored series.
Rockstar Leeds Limited is a British video game developer and a studio of Rockstar Games based in Leeds. Ian J. Bowden, Dave Box, Gordon Hall, and Jason McGann founded the company as Möbius Entertainment in December 1997 after working together at the studio Hookstone. Möbius worked with SCi on two games: Alfred's Adventure, a remake of the Twilight-developed Alfred Chicken, and the cancelled Titanium Angels, an adaptation of Thunderbirds. Alexander Seropian is an American video game developer, one of the initial founders and later president of Bungie, the developer of the Marathon, Myth, and Halo video game series. Slitherine Software UK Limited is a British video game developer and publisher founded on 25 June 2000. It is responsible for the production of a range of over 200 strategy and war video games. Dishonored is a series of action-adventure games developed by Arkane Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks. The franchise started in 2012 with Dishonored. A sequel, Dishonored 2 was released in 2016. A standalone expansion to Dishonored 2, Death of the Outsider, was released in 2017. A follow-up which takes place in the same universe, Deathloop was released in 2022.
