Kavinder Singh Bisht (born 1 February 1995) is an Indian boxer who competes in the featherweight category.

Bisht won the silver medal in the men's bantamweight category at the 2019 Asian Amateur Boxing Championships, [2] having beaten reigning world champion Kairat Yeraliyev in the quarterfinal. [3] [4]

At the AIBA World Boxing Championships, Bisht was a quarterfinalist in the flyweight category in 2017 [5] and quarterfinalist in the featherweight category in 2019. [6]

Nicknamed Magnificent Mary, she is the only Indian female boxer to have qualified for the 2012 Summer Olympics, competing in the flyweight (51 kg) category and winning a bronze medal. She had also been ranked as the world's No. 1 female light-flyweight by the International Boxing Association (amateur) (AIBA). She became the first Indian female boxer to win a gold medal in the Asian Games in 2014 at Incheon, South Korea and is the first Indian female boxer to win gold at the 2018 Commonwealth Games. She is also the only boxer to become Asian Amateur Boxing Champion for a record six times. Mary Kom won the 51kg gold in President's Cup in Indonesia.

Shiva Thapa Indian boxer

Shiva Thapa is an Indian boxer. He is employed with Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. He is supported by Olympic Gold Quest and Anglian Medal Hunt Company, Shiva Thapa participated in the 2012 London Olympics, and was the youngest Indian boxer to qualify for the Olympics. Shiva Thapa is ranked 3rd in the bantamweight category in the AIBA Men's World Ranking. He is the third Indian to clinch gold at the Asian Games. Shiva Thapa is the third Indian boxer to win a medal at the AIBA World Boxing Championships. He is now an Account Manager with Midland Credit management.

Vikas Krishan Yadav Indian boxer

Vikas Krishan Yadav is an Indian boxer from Bhiwani district in Haryana, the hub of some of India's best boxers. He won a gold medal in the 2010 Asian Games in the Lightweight category and a gold medal in 75kg weight category at the 2018 Commonwealth Games.

Devendro Singh Indian boxer

Devendro Singh Laishram, also known as Devendro Singh or Devendro Laishram, is an Indian boxer from Imphal West district, Manipur who competes in the light-flyweight division. Devendro represented India at the 2012 Summer Olympics and lost out in the quarter finals in a tough bout against the eventual bronze medalist Irish boxer Paddy Barnes. Devendro qualified for the Olympics after reaching the quarter-finals of the 2011 World Amateur Boxing Championships in Baku. In 2013 Devendro won the silver medal at the Asian Confederation Boxing Championship. In August 2014 he won the silver medal at the 2014 Commonwealth Games. He competed against Paddy Barnes, who was representing Northern Ireland and settled for a Silver medal.

Kairat Yeraliyev Kazakhstani boxer

Kairat Yeraliyev is a Kazakh boxer who competes in the bantamweight division. He won bronze medals at the 2013 World Championships and 2014 Asian Games, but was eliminated in the second bout at the 2016 Summer Olympics.

Pinki Rani Jangra is a flyweight Indian boxer from Hisar, Haryana and a four time national champion. She won bronze medal in the 2014 Commonwealth Games. Pooja Rani Bohra is an Indian middleweight boxer. She is two time Asian champion (2019,2021) She won the bronze medal at the 2014 Asian Games in the 75 kg category. She won the gold medal in South Asian Games 2016. She also won Silver (2012) and Bronze (2015) in Asian Championship 75 kg weight categories. She represented India at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games 2014 in the 75 kg category. In 2016, she failed to qualify for the Rio Olympics when she lost at the second round of the Women's World Boxing Championships in May 2016. In 2020 She become first Indian to qualify for 2020 Summer Olympics.

Shakhobidin Zoirov is an Uzbekistani professional boxer. As an amateur he won gold medals at the 2016 Summer Olympics and 2019 World Championships, both in the flyweight division.

Selay Soy is an Indian boxer from Jharkhand player of Indian Boxing Federation. He won a medal in the 2017 Asian Junior Amateur Boxing Championships.

Gaurav Bidhuri is an Indian boxer from Mandanpur Khadar village, New Delhi who competes in the 56 kg bantamweight division. He is ranked 11th in the World by AIBA in the year 2018. He won a bronze medal at the 2017 World Boxing Championships held at Hamburg, Germany. He is the only 4th Indian boxer who got a medal at World Boxing Championship. He is currently employed with Indian Railways.

Subedar Amit Panghal is an Indian Army Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) and an amateur boxer. He won silver medal at the 2019 AIBA World Boxing Championships in the Flyweight division. Panghal won a gold medal at the 2018 Asian Games. Amit Panghal has received top seeding in the 52 kg category. Amit Panghal is the reigning Asian Games champion and a world championships silver-medallist Asian Elite Boxing Championships Panghal failed to defend his gold medal, that he won in 2019, against reigning Olympic and world champion Shakhobidin Zoirov of Uzbekistan to finish second-best in Dubai.

India competed at the 2018 Asian Games in Jakarta and Palembang, Indonesia, from 18 August to 2 September. Neeraj Chopra was the flag bearer for the opening ceremony while Rani Rampal was named as the flag bearer for the closing ceremony.

Lovlina Borgohain is an Indian amateur boxer who won a bronze medal at the 2020 Summer Olympics in the women's welterweight event, becoming only the third Indian boxer to win a medal at the Olympics. Manisha Moun is an Indian boxer who competes in the featherweight weight class. She won bronze at the 2019 Asian Amateur Boxing Championships.

Saweety Boora Indian boxer

Saweety Boora, also known mononymously as Saweety, is an Indian boxer who competes in the middleweight weight class. She won the silver medal in light heavyweight class at the 2014 AIBA Women's World Boxing Championships.
