Keith Alan Parsons (born 2 May 1973) is an English cricketer who played first-class and List A cricket for Somerset between 1992 and 2008. He is a right-handed batsman and right-arm medium pace bowler.
Parsons made his first-class debut in 1992 against the Pakistanis and his Championship debut the next season. He scored 6 first-class centuries including 193 not out against the West Indians in 2000 and a Championship best of 153 against Essex in 2006. His best bowling was 5–13 against Lancashire in 2000.
Parsons received his county cap in 1999 and had a benefit year in 2004. On 11 August 2008 he retired from first-class cricket having not represented the Somerset first-team during the 2008 season. Parsons retired as only the second person in Somerset history (alongside Ian Botham) to score 5,000 runs and take 100 wickets in both first-class and List A cricket. [2]
Parsons played Minor County cricket for Cornwall in 2009 before being appointed captain of the Unicorns cricket team which played in the inaugural Clydesdale Bank 40 limited over competition.
He has a twin brother,Kevin,who played for Somerset in seven one-day games.
Neil Douglas McKenzie is a South African former cricketer,who played all three forms of the game. He was a right-handed opening batsman who played for South Africa,making his first appearance in 2000. He is currently the high performance batting coach of South Africa. He played for the Highveld Lions in South African domestic cricket and has also played county cricket for Somerset,Durham and Hampshire.
Rikki Clarke is a retired English cricketer,who last played for Surrey. He was educated at Broadwater School and then Godalming College. Clarke began his career as a professional cricketer with Surrey in 2000,making his list A debut in 2001 and First Class debut in 2002,and the following year made his One Day International debut for England;later in 2003 he played his first Test match. Between 2003 and 2006 he played two Tests,both against Bangladesh and 20 ODIs.
David Charles Nash is a retired English cricketer who spent the entirety of his long career with Middlesex. He spent 13 seasons at the county,playing over 250 first team matches,primarily as a wicketkeeper. He was honoured by England at Under-19 and A-team level,but never played a full international for his country.
Thomas William Cartwright was an English cricketer. Playing largely for Somerset and Warwickshire,he took over 1,600 wickets as a medium-pace bowler,though he began his career as a top-order batsman,and was capable enough with the bat to score seven hundreds including a double-century. He played in five Tests for England in 1964 and 1965. His withdrawal from the 1968–69 tour to South Africa led to his replacement in the touring team by Basil D'Oliveira,whose inclusion precipitated the sporting isolation of South Africa until apartheid was abolished.
Arul Vivasvan Suppiah is a former Malaysian cricketer. As a right-handed batsman and left-arm orthodox spin bowler,he played for the Malaysia national cricket team and county cricket in England for Somerset County Cricket Club. His career highs involve holding a world record for best Twenty20 bowling figures and first-class innings of 156 against India,in a match before the Test series against England. He is the youngest ever player to play for Malaysia,and has played for England at Under-14,Under-15,Under-16 and Under-18 level. He has also represented England Under-16s at hockey. His elder brother Rohan also played for Malaysia.
Matthew Jonathan Walker,known as Matt Walker,is a retired English professional cricketer who is currently the head coach of Kent County Cricket Club. Walker was appointed as head coach in January 2017 having been assistant coach at the county since the 2014 season. He played for Kent for 16 seasons until 2008 and then for three seasons for Essex until he retired in 2011.
Darren Ian Stevens is an English former professional cricketer who played for Leicestershire and Kent County Cricket Clubs between 1997 and 2022. An all-rounder,he played as right-handed batsman and bowled right-arm medium-pace deliveries. He scored over 16,000 first-class runs and after the age of 35 took more than 500 wickets and more than 30 five-wicket hauls. Stevens was named as one of the Wisden Cricketers of the Year in the 2021 edition of the almanack.
Wesley John Durston is an English cricketer who most recently played for Derbyshire,having represented Somerset between 1999 and 2009,and the Unicorns during the 2010 season. He learnt his cricket at Millfield School and is a right-handed batsman and off break bowler.
Michael Burns is an English first-class list cricket umpire and former first-class cricketer who played county cricket for Warwickshire and Somerset in a first-class career which spanned from 1992 until 2005. He also played Minor Counties cricket for Cumberland and Cornwall. An adaptable cricketer,he appeared for Cumberland and Warwickshire as a wicket-keeper,but when he moved to Somerset he developed into an aggressive batsman who bowled at medium-pace when needed.

Steven John Croft is an English first-class cricketer who has played for Lancashire County Cricket Club since 2005. He bats right-handed and can bowl both medium-fast and off breaks. In 2008 Croft was given the Lancashire members' Player of the Year and One-Day Player of the Year awards. In 2008–09 he played for the Auckland Aces in New Zealand as an overseas player. Awarded his Lancashire cap in 2010,Croft was part of the Lancashire team that won the County Championship in 2011.

He also umpired a number of international matches,including Youth Test matches,Youth One Day Internationals and Women's One Day Internationals.
