Keith Ripp (born November 13,1961) is a Wisconsin politician.
Ripp was born in Madison,Wisconsin and was raised in Lodi. He graduated from Lodi High School in 1980,and took farming courses from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. [1]
Ripp continues to run the family farm in northern Dane County,Wisconsin. [2] He is a former president of the Wisconsin Soybean Marketing Board [3] and the Wisconsin Corn Growers Association. [4]
Ripp served as a supervisor for the Town of Dane from 2006 to 2009. He was elected to the Wisconsin State Assembly in 2008. [5] Ripp resigned from the Assembly on December 29,2017,to become the assistant deputy secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture,Trade and Consumer Protection. [6]

Mark William Pocan is an American politician and businessman serving as the U.S. representative from Wisconsin's 2nd congressional district since 2013. The district is based in the state capital,Madison. A member of the Democratic Party,Pocan is co-chair of the Congressional LGBT Equality Caucus and chair emeritus of the Congressional Progressive Caucus. The district is represented by Democrat Maureen McCarville,since January 2025.
Nonpartisan elections are currently held every four years to elect the mayor of Madison,Wisconsin.
