Keling is a kecamatan (district) in Jepara Regency, Central Java, Indonesia.
The name of this district is traditionally linked with the 6th century Indianized kingdom of Kalingga, which ultimately derived from ancient Indian kingdom of Kalinga.
Keling district is known as a coffee bean plantation and production center in Central Java. [1] In Damarwulan village, there are silk farm home industry, while in Keling village, there is kapok silk cotton production area. There are three marketplaces in Keling district, the Pasar Keling, Pasar Kelet, and Keling animal market.
Banyuwangi Regency is a regency of East Java province in Indonesia. This regency also known as the sun rise of Java because it is located at the easternmost end of Java Island. The town of Banyuwangi serves as a port for ferry services between Java and Bali. Sukabumi Regency is a regency (kabupaten) in southwestern Java, as part of West Java province of Indonesia. The regency seat is located in Palabuhan Ratu, a coastal district facing the Indian Ocean. The regency fully encircles the administratively separated city of Sukabumi. Covering an area of 4,164.15 km2, the regency is the largest regency in West Java and the second largest regency on Java after the Banyuwangi Regency in East Java. Curug Cipendok is a waterfall in the southern part of Central Java. It is in Cilongok Banyumas (district), near the village of Karang Tengah, about 25 km (16 mi) from Purwokerto. The dramatic 92-metre (302 ft) falls are considered a major attraction and are very popular with tourists. The area also hosts a campsite and a large lake. The waterfall is 500 metres (1,600 ft) away from a parking area, through a tropical forest.
Balinese textiles are reflective of the historical traditions of Bali, Indonesia. Bali has been historically linked to the major courts of Java before the 10th century; and following the defeat of the Majapahit kingdom, many of the Javanese aristocracy fled to Bali and the traditions were continued. Pangandaran Regency is a Regency in West Java province, Indonesia, formed on 25 October 2012 out of the former southern portion of Ciamis Regency. Ciletuh-Palabuhanratu Geopark is a national Geopark at Pelabuhan Ratu of Sukabumi Regency in West Java, Indonesia. It was recognized by UNESCO in 2015 as a national geopark. It was proposed to become a member of the Global Geopark Network (GGN) to be recognized by UNESCO by 2017. UNESCO made the park a part of the Global Geoparks Network in April 2018.
