Nwosu graduated from Drama Centre London in 2013. [1] [2]

His work in theatre include the roles of Oswald in a 2016 Ghosts , [3] BJJ in An Octoroon in 2017 [2] [4] and Leo in White Noise in 2021. The newspaper i said that "Nwosu gives a committed and graceful account of Leo's ever more demented determination." [5] [6] Shakespeare plays include Othello , The Merchant of Venice and As You Like It . [7]

Film and TV

His film and TV roles include Paul Hastings in the comedy-drama Christopher Robin (2018), [8] Max Sanford in the first season of Killing Eve (2018) [2] and the lead in the three-part TV-drama Sticks and Stones (2019), Thomas Benson. [9] [10]

2020 and onward roles include Ristridian in The Letter for the King (2020) [11] and Eddie in Hollington Drive (2021). [12] He is part of the cast in the 2023 Arthurian TV-series The Winter King , where he plays Sagramor, [13] and the upcoming six-part spy series Black Doves . [14]

Other

He was one of the voice actors on the 2023 video game Baldur's Gate 3 . [15]

The Ian Charleson Awards are theatrical awards that reward the best classical stage performances in Britain by actors under age 30. The awards are named in memory of the renowned British actor Ian Charleson, and are run by the Sunday Times newspaper and the National Theatre. The awards were established in 1990 after Charleson's death, and have been awarded annually since then. Sunday Times theatre critic John Peter (1938–2020) initiated the creation of the awards, particularly in memory of Charleson's extraordinary Hamlet, which he had performed shortly before his death. Recipients receive a cash prize, as do runners-up and third-place winners.

<i>Killing Eve</i> British spy thriller television series (2018–2022)

Killing Eve is a British spy thriller television series, produced in the United Kingdom by Sid Gentle Films for BBC America and BBC Three. The series follows Eve Polastri, a British intelligence investigator tasked with capturing psychopathic assassin Villanelle. As the chase progresses, the two develop a mutual obsession. Based on the Villanelle novel series by Luke Jennings, each of the show's series is led by a different female head writer. The first series had Phoebe Waller-Bridge as the head writer, the second series Emerald Fennell, the third series Suzanne Heathcote and the fourth series Laura Neal.

The Winter King is a British historical fiction television series based on Bernard Cornwell's The Warlord Chronicles novels, starring Iain De Caestecker as Arthur Pendragon. The series premiered on MGM+ in the United States on 20 August 2023 and is set to premiere on ITVX in the United Kingdom on 21 December 2023.
