Kevin Palmer (born June 21, 1987) is an American professional basketball player who last played for Akita Northern Happinets of the B.League.
Palmer began his college career at Cecil College. After leading the team with 18 points per game and 80 3-pointers for the season he decided to transfer to Texas A&M-Corpus Christi. [1]
During his senior year with the Texas A&M-Corpus Christi he averaged 19.7 points per game, 5.4 rebounds per game, and 2.4 steals per game. [2]

On July 15, 2013, Palmer signed to play with Hapoel Eilat after playing for KAO Dramas during the 2012–13 season. [3] [4]
On June 6, 2015, Palmer re-signed with Hapoel Eilat after playing the 2014–2015 season with the team after that he moved to Maccabi Rishon Lezion. [5]
On August 15, 2016, Palmer signed with the Akita Northern Happinets in Japan, replacing Richard Roby.
In the summer of 2017, Palmer played in The Basketball Tournament on ESPN for team A Few Good Men (Gonzaga Alumni). He competed for the $2 million prize, and helped take team A Few Good Men to the Super 16 round, where they then lost to Team Challenge ALS 77–60. [6]

Bracey Arman Wright is an American former professional basketball player. He played college basketball for the Indiana Hoosiers.
Richard Roby is an American professional basketball player who last played for the Shinshu Brave Warriors of the Japanese B.League. He attended high school at Lawrence Academy at Groton, Massachusetts. Roby attended the University of Colorado at Boulder and played for the Buffaloes from 2004 to 2008. He averaged 17 points and 5.5 rebounds during his career for the Buffaloes. He graduated as Colorado's all-time leading scorer, doing so in his final collegiate game.

The Akita Northern Happinets are a Japanese professional basketball team based in Akita that competes in the Eastern Conference of the First Division of the B.League. The team was formed as an expansion team of the bj league in 2010 and found success for the first time in 2013–14, finishing their fourth season as league runners-up. They went on to finish as runners-up for the second year in a row in 2014–15 and in third place in 2015–16, the final season of the bj league.

They played their home games at the American Bank Center and the Dugan Wellness Center. They finished the season 11–18, 8–10 in Southland play to finish in a three-way tie for eighth place. Due to tiebreakers, they received the No. 8 seed in the Southland tournament where they lost to New Orleans in the first round.

The 2019 Southland Conference women's basketball tournament, a part of the 2018–19 NCAA Division I women's basketball season, took place March 14–17, 2019 at the Merrell Center in Katy, Texas. Joe Dawson is an American-Israeli former professional basketball player. He played high school basketball at Druid High School in his native Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and played four years of college basketball for the Southern Miss Golden Eagles, leading the team in scoring and rebounding multiple times and was an all-conference selection. After going undrafted in the 1982 NBA draft, he started his professional career in the Continental Basketball Association, and was selected as an all-star in each of the three seasons he played there. After a brief experience in the USBL he moved abroad, playing in Venezuela and France. In 1987 he had his first experience in the Israeli league with Hapoel Holon: he would play in Israel for 14 seasons, leading the league in both scoring and rebounding in 1992. He was named the 1992 Israeli Basketball Premier League MVP. He was inducted in the Southern Miss Hall of Fame in 2011, and is the father of professional basketball player Shawn Dawson.
