The Kherson constituency (No.187) is a proposed Russian legislative constituency in Kherson Oblast. The constituency encompasses the entire territory of Kherson Oblast.

Contents

As Kherson Oblast was annexed by Russia in September 2022, the constituency is created for the 2026 legislative election. As of September 2025, the constituency is not under full control of the Russian forces, namely, its northern part, including the city of Kherson.

The constituency has been covering the entirety of Kherson Oblast since its initial creation in 2025.
