King of All Kings is the second album by Florida death metal band Hate Eternal. It was released on September 16, 2002, by Earache Records and, like their debut, produced by the band's frontman Erik Rutan.
King of All Kings is stylistically similar to its predecessor, Conquering the Throne . It has been classified as "extreme grind/metal." The album's style is characterized as a "messy, rhythmic cacophony of growls, blast beats, and noisy guitars." The album's lyrics are said to "[salute] all that which is evil." Derek Roddy's blast beats have been called "relentless." [2] [3]
King of All Kings is considered an essential album out of the Florida death metal scene. [4] In his review of the album, Jason D. Taylor of AllMusic praised the its musicianship and production, but criticized the lack of variety between its tracks. He said, "Despite its weaknesses, it is evident that Rutan and company are slowly striding forth with their own signature sound, and now that Hate Eternal is Erik Rutan's main focus, one should expect even more grandiose grindcore on future releases." Erik Rutan is an American heavy metal musician and record producer. He is the guitarist and lead vocalist of death metal band Hate Eternal and most notably, lead guitarist for Cannibal Corpse, since 2021. Rutan has also spent time with Morbid Angel and Ripping Corpse. In addition, Rutan also owns and operates Mana Recording Studios in Florida.
Hate Eternal is a Florida death metal band from St. Petersburg, Florida. The band currently consists of founding guitarist/vocalist Erik Rutan and bassist J. J. Hrubovcak. To date, Hate Eternal has released seven studio albums: Conquering the Throne (1999), King of All Kings (2002), I, Monarch (2005), Fury & Flames (2008), Phoenix Amongst the Ashes (2011), Infernus (2015), and Upon Desolate Sands (2018). All albums were produced by Rutan.
Malevolent Creation is an American death metal band formed in Buffalo, New York in 1986 and later based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The band's original members were guitarists Phil Fasciana and Jim Nickles and vocalist Bret Hoffmann, who were joined by bassist Jason Blachowicz and drummer Dennis Kubas the following year. Fasciana is the only founding member who stayed with the band consistently.
Kill is the tenth studio album by American death metal band Cannibal Corpse, released on March 21, 2006, through Metal Blade Records. This release marks the return of guitarist Rob Barrett, who had previously played on The Bleeding and Vile. The European version of the album comes with a live DVD filmed in Strasbourg in 2004 called Hammer Smashed Laiterie. Domination is the fourth studio album by American death metal band Morbid Angel, released in 1995. This was Morbid Angel's last album with Giant Records before the label dropped the band. The band then re-signed with their former label, Earache Records. This is also the first Morbid Angel album to feature Hate Eternal frontman Erik Rutan on guitars and keyboards, who later left the band following this album, though he would return to the band for Gateways to Annihilation.

The band enlisted Erik Rutan for production, engineering and mixing, with Alan Douches of West West Side Music mastering the effort. The band travelled to Mana Studios in St. Petersburg, Florida, on February 16, and finished recording on March 15.
I, Monarch is the third studio album by Florida death metal band Hate Eternal. It was released June 28, 2005, on Earache Records.
Fury & Flames is the fourth studio album by the band Hate Eternal and their debut album on Metal Blade Records worldwide and EMI Records in South America. The album features the addition of new members Shaune Kelley as second guitarist and Jade Simonetto on drums, while bass guitarist Alex Webster returns to replace Randy Piro. Erik Rutan, the band's frontman, says he put a lot of emotion into the album because of the death of his friend Jared Anderson who played bass for the band.

Infernaeon is an extreme metal band from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. They have released two full-length albums on Prosthetic Records entitled A Symphony of Suffering (2007) and Genesis to Nemesis (2010) and a full-length album on Black & Blue Records entitled The Cancer Within (2013). Formed in the spring of 2004 by vocalist Chris Defaut, bassist Kevin Gibbons (Strychnine), and guitarist Brian Magley, the group recorded and released their first demo entitled "Oracle of Armageddon" in Fall of 2004. They went on to gain a following in the South Florida area where they played with such bands as Response Negative, Sac, and Divine Empire.
