Mud are an English glam rock band, formed in February 1966. Their earlier success came in a pop and then glam rock style, while later hits were influenced by 1950s rock and roll, and are best remembered for their hit singles "Tiger Feet", which was the UK's best-selling single of 1974, and "Lonely This Christmas" which reached Christmas number 1 in December 1974. After signing to Rak Records and teaming up with songwriters/producers Nicky Chinn and Mike Chapman, the band had fourteen UK Top 20 hits between 1973 and 1976, including three number ones.
"Şımarık", also known as "Kiss Kiss", is a 1997 song by Turkish singer Tarkan. It was written by Sezen Aksu, with music credited as composed by Tarkan. However, Tarkan later admitted in a 2006 interview that this had been done without Aksu's consent, who was the true copyright owner. It formed part of Tarkan's album Ölürüm Sana. "Şımarık" was released in France in 1998 and the rest of the world in 1999, from the compilation album Tarkan, which was released in Europe. It has sold two million copies all across Europe. Many versions of the song were recorded in different languages, most notably the English-language cover, titled "Kiss Kiss", by Greek-American singer Stella Soleil in 2001 which was itself covered by Australian actress Holly Valance in 2002.
"When You Kiss Me" is a song recorded by Canadian singer Shania Twain. It was the seventh single overall released from her fourth studio album Up! (2002). The song was written by Twain and her then-husband Robert John "Mutt" Lange. Despite Twain admitting on several occasions that "When You Kiss Me" is her favorite ballad off Up!, it was excluded from her 2004 Greatest Hits album. Twain also performed the song on the Up! Tour.

She also states "After I first heard the demo, I was singing it that night and I just thought that's a fantastic sign of a good song - something people remember".
"The Shoop Shoop Song " is a song written and composed by Rudy Clark. It was first released as a single in 1963 by Merry Clayton that did not chart. The song was made a hit a year later when recorded by Betty Everett, who hit No. 1 on the Cashbox magazine R&B charts with it in 1964.
