Klimno is a village on the northeastern part of the Croatian island of Krk. It is part of the municipality of Dobrinj. As of 2021, it had 130 inhabitants. [2] A popular tourist attraction, the village has various beaches and a marina providing access to the Soline Bay and the Vinodol Channel. The village of Čižići is located on the opposite side of the bay, and the village of Soline is to the southwest of Klimno.
Mljet is the southernmost and easternmost of the larger Adriatic islands of the Dalmatia region of Croatia. The National Park includes the western part of the island, Veliko jezero, Malo jezero, Soline Bay and a sea belt 500 metres wide from the most prominent cape of Mljet covering an area of 54 km2. The central parts of the park are Veliko jezero with the Isle of St. Mary, Malo jezero and the villages of Goveđari, Polače, and Pomena.

Soline Bay or Soline Cove is a bay located on the northeast side of the Croatian island of Krk. The bay flows into the Vinodol Channel, part of the Adriatic Sea. Three villages are centered on Soline Bay: Čižići, Klimno, and Soline, after which it is named. There are two islands inside the bay, Školjić Veli and the much smaller islet Školjić Mali just to the north of Klimno. Meline Beach is a muddy beach located on the southern end of the bay which attracts many visitors for therapeutic reasons.
