Kobe Hudson is an American football wide receiver for the UCF Knights. He previously played for the Auburn Tigers.
Hudson attended Troup County High School in LaGrange, Georgia. He played wide receiver his freshman and sophomore years in high school before moving to quarterback as a junior. [1] As a junior, he was the Georgia Class 4A state player of year and Region 5-AAAA player of year after passing for 3,386 yards and 38 touchdowns with 1,410 rushing yards and 18 touchdowns. [2] Hudson was selected to play in the 2019 All-American Bowl. [3] He committed to the University of Alabama to play college football. [4]
Hudson played at Auburn in 2020 and 2021. After recording seven receptions for 70 yards as a true freshman in 2020, he was Auburn's leading receiver in 2021 with 44 receptions for 580 yards and four touchdowns. [5] [6] After the season he transferred to the University of Central Florida (UCF). [7] [8] In his first year at UCF, Hudson started 10 of 12 games, recording 39 receptions for 641 yards and seven touchdowns. He started 12 of 13 games in 2023, finishing with 44 receptions for 900 yards with eight touchdowns. [9] Hudson returned to UCF as the teams number one receiver in 2024.
Jeffrey Godfrey IV is a former American football Slotback. Godfrey played for the University of Central Florida Knights. He led the Knights to the Conference USA Championship in his freshman year (2010), becoming the first true freshman quarterback to win an FBS conference championship game.
The 1997 UCF Golden Knights football season was the nineteenth overall season for the team, and second season as an NCAA Division I-A Independent. It would be the thirteenth and final season for head coach Gene McDowell. McDowell's 1997 team finished with a 5–6 overall record, matching the record from the previous season. McDowell would resign at season's end in the wake of a cell phone fraud scandal. His tenure as head coach came to a close after compiling an 86–61 record. To-date, McDowell still has the most wins as head coach in program history.
The 1998 UCF Golden Knights football season was the twentieth season overall for the team, and third season as an NCAA Division I-A Independent. After the resignation of Gene McDowell, Mike Kruczek became the new head coach of the Golden Knights. Kruczek led UCF to a 9–2 record in 1998, the program's best season at the time. Quarterback Daunte Culpepper finished sixth in the Heisman Trophy voting and set a then-NCAA record for completion percentage (73.4%). UCF received a tentative verbal agreement to play in the Oahu Bowl. However, the arrangement fell through in the final week of the season.
The 1999 UCF Golden Knights football season was Mike Kruczek's second year as the head coach of the Golden Knights. Looking to build on the success of a nine-win season the year before, the Knights visited five high-profile opponents. Kruczek led UCF to an overall record of 4–7. With the departure of Daunte Culpepper to the NFL draft, the quarterback duties were taken over by college journeyman Vic Penn. On two occasions, the Golden Knights nearly upset a major SEC opponent on the road.
Quincy McDuffie is an American former professional football player who was a wide receiver and return specialist in the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played college football for the UCF Knights. He was named to the All-Conference USA first-team in 2010 and 2012. McDuffie was also a member of the Denver Broncos, Hamilton Tiger-Cats, Winnipeg Blue Bombers, Dallas Cowboys and Ottawa Redblacks.

The Knights were members of the American Athletic Conference, and played their home games at Bright House Networks Stadium on UCF's main campus in Orlando, Florida. The Knights were led by head coach George O'Leary, who was in his eleventh season with the team.

Jalin Delane Marshall is an American professional football wide receiver and return specialist. He signed with the New York Jets as an undrafted free agent following the 2016 NFL draft. He played college football at Ohio State. He has also played for the Orlando Apollos of the Alliance of American Football (AAF) and the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Edmonton Elks of the Canadian Football League (CFL).
Devin Lewis Fuller is an American former professional football player who was a wide receiver with the Atlanta Falcons in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the UCLA Bruins. Fuller was converted from quarterback to receiver as a freshman, and was the Bruins' second-leading receiver in 2013 and 2014. He was also a kick returner with UCLA. He was selected by Atlanta in the seventh round of the 2016 NFL draft.
